• 200 մլ կեֆիր
• 1/թ  գդալ բնական մեղր

Պատրաստման եղանակը՝

• Տարայի մեջ մանրակրկիտ խառնեք հնդկացորենի ալյուրը, մեղրը, կոճապղպեղն ու կեֆիրը:

• Թողեք խառնուրդը սառնարանում ամբողջ գիշեր:

• Առավոտյան այն նորից խառնեք և այն արդեն պատրաստ է օգտագործելու համար:
