Վարդան Բոստանջյանը՝ թուրքական ապրանքների ներմուծման հնարավոր արգելքի մասին

Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետ, ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Վարդան Բոստանջյանն անդրադարձել է Թուրքիայից ապրանքների ներմուծման հնարավոր արգելքին:

Ըստ նրա՝ ծիծաղելի է 21-րդ դարում պատճառաբանել, որ Թուրքիան թշնամական երկիր է և ասել՝ այնտեղից ապրանքներ ներմուծել չի կարելի: «Ես հարցն ուրիշ համատեքստում եմ տեսնում: Օրինակ՝ բազմաթիվ ապրանքատեսակներ կան, որոնց արտադրությունը հնարավոր է զարգացնել Հայաստանում: Սա լռիվ ուրիշ մոտեցում է և ուրիշ խոսք: Իսկ այն հասարակ մոտեցումը, որ այսուհետ պետք է չներմուծել թուրքական ապրանք, մի՛ ներմուծեք, դրանից հասարակ բնակիչները և սպառողները կտուժեն»,- նշեց Բոստանջյանը:

Նախկին պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ ներմուծվող ապրանքների մեջ կան այնպիսիք, որոնք առաջին անհրաժեշտության են: Վ. Բոստանջյանը հավելում է՝ այդ ապրանքների բացակայությունը շուկայում կստեղծի ոչ ցանկալի իրավիճակներ: «Հարկավոր է զարգացնել այն ապրանքների արտադրությունը, որոնց արտադրման համար մեր երկիրն ունի թե՛ հումքային, թե՛ այլ հնարավորություններ»,- կարծիք է հայտնում պարոն Բոստանջյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ եղել են ժամանակներ, երբ հայկական ապրանքները մրցունակ են եղել աշխարհում:

Տնտեսագետը համոզված է՝ վաղն էլ կարող ենք սկսել արտադրել այսօրվա ներմուծվող առնվազն 7-10 ապրանք, եթե կամք դրսևորվի: Անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայից ներմուծված ապրանքների տոկոսին՝ Վարդան Բոստանջյանն ասաց, որ թվերը փոքր չեն, բայց հստակ տվյալ չկա:

«Ֆիքսումներ չկան, նաև գոյություն ունի ստվերային շրջանառություն, որոշ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներ ունեն ոչ բացահայտ աջակցություն, դրա համար հստակ չենք կարող ասել ներմուծման ծավալները և այն գումարի չափը, որը դուրս ենք հանում, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ գումարը մեծ է: Սա կարևոր հարց է: Մենք կարող ենք հնարավորություն ունենալ սեփական արտադրություն զարգացման և նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
