«Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում անկարգությունների առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում վարույթ է ընդունվել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում տեղի ունեցած անկարգությունների առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին՝ ժամը 17-ի սահմաններում, ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ կալանավորը, տեղեկանալով, որ 2016 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին իրենց խցում դատարանի որոշմամբ պետք է խուզարկություն իրականացվի, կոչ է արել չենթարկվել օրինական պահանջներին։ Կալանավորները ոտքերով հարվածել են խցերի դռներին, կերակրադռնակներին, հայհոյել, տարբեր առարկաներ նետել իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցների ուղղությամբ։

Դեպքի առթիվ 2016թ. մայիսի 5-ին Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազության դատախազի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ և 4-րդ մասերի հատկանիշներով: Նույն օրը քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին և նույն օրը քրեական գործն ընդունվել է վարույթ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում առգրավվել է «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում տեղադրված տեսախցիկների ձայնագրառման սարքը, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք:

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
