Միջազգային խորհրդատվական թիմը ՀՀ ՊՆ աշխատանքային խմբի հետ քննարկել է բանակաշինության հիմնական մոտեցումները

Երևան մայիսի 3-ից 6-ն այցելած՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում բանակաշինությանը և պաշտպանական վերափոխումներին սատարող միջազգային խորհրդատվական թիմը ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության աշխատանքային խմբի հետ քննարկել է բանակաշինության հիմնական մոտեցումները, կառավարման, պլանավորման, մարտարվեստի, ինչպես նաև զինուժի արհեստավարժության ոլորտներում իրականացվելիք վերափոխումներին առնչվող հարցեր:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, միջազգային խորհրդատվական խմբի անդամներին մայիսի 6-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում Սեյրան Օհանյանը կարևորել է ռազմունակության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված վերափոխումներին խորհրդատվական խմբի շարունակական աջակցության անհրաժեշտությունը:

Հայաստանում գտնվելու ընթացքում խորհրդատվական թիմը հանդիպում է ունեցել ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պաշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության և ներքին գործերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում: Քննարկվել են պաշտպանության ոլորտի օրենսդրությունը սահմանադրական բարեփումների և զինված ուժերի զարգացման մտահղացման հետ համահունչ դարձնելու խնդիրները:

Խորհրդատվական թիմը ՀՀ ՊՆ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի հրամանատարաշտաբային ֆակուլտետում հանդես է եկել դասախոսությամբ: «Ռազմական որոշումների կայացման գործընթաց» խորագրով դասախոսության ժամանակ ունկնդիրներին ներկայացվել են մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ առաջադրանքի պարզաբանման, օպերացիայի տարբերակների ընտրության և մտահղացման մշակման ժամանակակից մեթոդներ:
