Հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները կարգավորվելու ոչ մի շանս չունեն՝ առանց կողմերից մեկի ամբողջական կապիտուլյացիայի

Որոշ մարդիկ համարում են, որ երբեմն լինում են պատրեազմներ։ Ըստ իս ավելի իմաստուն մարդիկ հասկանում են, որ պատերազմները ոչ թե երբեմն լինում են, այլ երբեմն դադարում են։ Մի իմաստուն միտք էլ կա այս կոնտեքստում․ չկա խաղաղություն հասկացողություն, կա պատերազմների միջև ընկած ժամանակահատված։
Ապրիլին մեր հանրությունն արթնացավ լեթարգիական քնից, ու շատերն անսպասելիորեն գիտակցեցին, որ իրականում պատերազմը 1994-ին չէր վերջացել։ Մեծ հաշվով, այն նույնիսկ չէր էլ դադարել։ Արթնացումը եղել է, բայց թե «քնաթաթախ ենք», որովհետև, եթե ավելի խորը նայենք հարցին, ապա չկան Արցախյան առաջին ու Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմներ հասկացողություններ, սխալ են «Քառօրյա» կամ էլ «Ապրիլյան» պատերազմ եզրույթները, իսկ միակ ճիշտ բնօրոշումը Հայ-ադրբեջանական պատերազմն է։ Արցախյան էլ չէ, որովհետև այս կոնֆլիկտը ավելի կոմպլեքս է, քան զզուտ Արցախի պատկանելության հարցն է ու չէր լուծվելու՝ անկախ Արցախի պատկանելությունից։ Հայն ու թուրքըը միշտ էլ եղել են տարբեր, իսկ 25 տարի ձգվող այս թնջուկի շնորհիվ մենք դարձել ենք անտիպոդներ։
Այնպես որ, հարցը այստեղ բնավ էլ Արցախի սահմաններն ընդլայնելը, կամ էլ եղածը պահպանելը չէ, Հարցը ծովից-ծով Հայաստացնը վերականգնելը չէ, հարցը լինել-չլինելն է, երբ կողմերից մեկի հաղթանակն անհնար է, եթե պահպանվում է մյուս կողմը։ Պատերազմը վաղ, թե ուշ դադարելու է։ Հենց դադարելու է, այլ ոչ վերջանալու։ Ու հիմա ողջ հարցը նրանում է, թե կոնկրետ ինչ փաստարկների ու հակափաստարկների փաթեթով ենք կրկին նստելու բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ։
Ես չեմ հանդիսանում այն մարդկանցից, ովքեր ամեն անկյունում գոռում են «Բաքվում թեյ ենք խմելու», բայց ես շատ հստակ գիտակցում եմ, որ եթե վաղ թե ուշ միևնույն է բախվելու ենք իրավիճակի, երբ կամ մեր զորքերն են դուրս գալու Քուր գետի մոտ, կամ էլ իրենց զորքերն են լինելու Հրազդան գետի մոտ։
Թե էսկալացման քանի փուլ կպահանջվի, որպեսզի սցենարներից մեկը լինի՝ չգիտեմ, բայց որ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները կարգավորվելու ոչ մի շանս չունեն՝ առանց կողմերից մեկի ամբողջական կապիտուլյացիայի՝ վստահ եմ։ Այնպես որ, մեր այլընտանքը պատերազմի և խաղաղության մեջ չէ, այլ նրա, թե արդյո՞ք մեր զորքերը դուրս կգան Քուր գետի ափերին, թե՞ իրենցը՝ Հրազդան գետի։ Դե իսկ մնացածն արդեն անտուրաժի, ժամանակ շահելու, դասավորվելու և վերադասավորվելու համար է։
