Նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո Թրամփը կկանգնի դատարանի առջեւ

Նոյեմբերի սկզբին ԱՄՆ նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո Դոնալդ Թրամփը Սան Դիեգոյի (Քալիֆորնիայի նահանգ) դատարանում ցուցմունքներ կտա «Թրամփի համալսարանի» խաբեբայական գործունեության գործով:
ԱՄՆ փաստացի նախագահի թեկնածուի նկատմամբ երեք նմանատիպ հայց է ներկայացվել, երկուսը Քալիֆորնիայի նահանգում, մեկը՝ Նյու Յորքի, հաղորդում է Associated Press-ը:
Շրջանային դատարն Գոնսալո Քուրիելը հայցերից մեկով լսումները նշանակել է նոյեմբերի 28-ին, այսինքն նոյեմբերի 8-ին կայանալիք նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո: Քուրիելը առաջնորդվել է ատենակալների անվտանգության եւ օբյեկտիվության մտահոգությամբ, որոնք կարող են բացահայտ ճնշման ենթարկվել Թրամփի կողմնակիցների եւ լրատվամիջոցների կողմից, եթե գործը լսվի նախքան ընտրությունները:
Միլիարդատեր թեկնածուի փաստաբան Դանիել Պետրոչելլին հայտարարել է, որ Թրամփը պատրաստ է ներկա լինել բոլոր դատական նիստերին:
«Թրամփի համալսարանը» վաղուց է դադարեցրել իր գործունեությունը, քանի որ գործել է առանց կրթական հաստատության լիցենզիայի: Դրանք յուրօրինակ դասընթացներ էին, թե ինչպես հաջողության հասնել անշարժ գույքի շուկայում: Սեմինարների մեկ դասընթացի համար գանձվում էր 35-հազարական դոլար: Հայցվորները պնդում են, որ օգտակար գիտելիքներ իրենք այդպես էլ չեն ստացել, փոխարենը ենթարկվել են կեղծ ուսուցիչների ճնշմանը՝ եւս մեկ դասընթացի համար վճարելու համար:
1980-ականներին Թրամփի դեմ ավելի քան 150 հայց է ներկայացվել, որոնց մեծ մասը մերժվել է:
