Իլհամ Ալիևը շփոթված է (տեսանյութ և լուսանկարներ)
BLOGԱդրբեջանում բուռն քննարկումների առիթ է դարձել համացանցում տարածված մի տեսանյութ, որտեղ ՌԴ ՊՆ նախարար Պավել Գրաչովի միջնորդությամբ քննարկվում է զինադադարի հաստատուման մանրամասները Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի միջև:
Սույն տեսանյութը YouTube-ում հայտնվել է մայիսի 5-ին, սակայն ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները հիմա նոր են արձագանքում նրան:
Զավեշտալին և ցավալին քոչվոր կոյունլուների համար այն է, որ նրանք ստիպված են ընդունել այն փաստը, որ Արցախում զինադադարի հաստատման փաստաթուղթը եռակողմ է:
Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությամբ այն ստորագրվել է Արցախի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի զինվորական ներկայացուցիչների միջև: Մինչ այսօր պաշտոնական Բաքուն հայտարարում էր, որ 1994 թ-ի մայիսին հաստատված զինադադարի փաստաթուղթը երկկողմանի է՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև է ստորագրվել: Արցախը որպես կողմ հանդես չի գալիս:
Ազերի պաշտոնյաները, պատմաբանները, քաղաքագետները, վերլուծաբանները և այլ շահագրգիռ անձինք պնդում էին, որ հայերի այն հայտարարությունը, թե զինադադարի պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը մասնակցել է նաև Արցախը՝ սուտ է:
Ցավոք, անցավ 22 տարի և հիմա նոր է համացանցում հայտնվում հակամարտող կողմերի համար այս շատ կարևոր տեսանյութը, որը լիովին քարուքանդ արեց Բաքվի սուտը:
Այն արդեն ստիպեց ազերիներին ընդունել փաստը, որ Արցախը Բաքվի և Երևանի պես այդ համաձայնագրի կողմ է:
Իսկ ես իմ կողմից կհրապարակեմ ևս երկու կարևոր փաստաթղթեր այդ համաձայնագրին վերաբերող, որոնք ևս ապացուցում են, որ զինադադարի համաձայնագրի թե՛ կազմմանը, և թե՛ ստորագրմանը Արցախի հերկայացուցիչները մասնակցել են (տես լուսանկարները):
Հիշեցնեմ, որ զինադադարի մասին համաձայնագիրը Մոսկվայում ՌԴ ՊՆ նախարար Գրաչովի միջնորդությամբ ստորագրել են ՀՀ ՊՆ նախարար Սարգսյանը, Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ նախարար Մամեդովը և Արցախի բանակի հրամանատար Բաբայանը:
Իլհամ Ալիևը, երկար տարիներ կեղծելով Ադրբեջանի վերջին տարիների պատմությունը, փորձում է ադրբեջանցի հասարակությանը համոզել, որ իր հայրը ոչ մի «սխալ» չի կատարել իր կառավարման տարիներին՝ հատկապես հայերի հետ կապված:
Երբ 2003 թ-ին Իլհամ Ալիևը դարձավ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ, ապա նրա գլխավոր կարգախոսը արցախյան հարցում հետևյալն էր՝ «Մաքուր էջից ենք սկսում բանակցությունները հայերի հետ»: Այսպիսով, վերջինս ոչ թե ցանկանում էր ձերբազատվել Քի Վեստում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններից, այլև հիմա ջրի երես դուրս եկած տեսանյութից և փաստաթղթից, ինչպես նաև 1993-94 թթ-ին ադրբեջանական ազգի հայրիկի՝ Հեյդար Ալիևի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանություններին ուղղված նամակներից, որոնց առկայությունը ավելի է նյարդայնացնում ներկայիս ապշերոնյան սուլթանին:
