Ջեմեր. Խանութում վաճառվող ջեմերը շատ վտանգավոր են, դրանց մեջ ներառված են ուժեղագույն հակաթթուներ, որոնք թույլատրում են մրգերը և հատապտուղները պահպանել դրանց սկզբանական համով: Նաև վտանգավոր են դրանցում պարունակվող գույն հաղորդող նյութերը:

Ֆրի կարտոֆիլներ արագ սննդի կետերում և խանութներում.  Ֆրի Կարտոֆիլը ներառում է մեծ թվով օսլա և ճարպեր: Դրանց օգտագործումը բերում է ավելորդ քաշի գոյացման: Սակայն չաղանալը մանրուք է համեմատած այն վնասների հետ, որ առաջացնում է ֆրիի օգգտագործումը: Բացի դա, ֆրի կարտոֆիլը պարունակում է տրանսճարպեր, որոնք կարող են աթերոսկլերոզի, շաքարային դիաբետի և քաղցկեղի պատճառ հանդիսանալ: Դրանք առաջացնում են նաև գենետիկ փոփոխություններ օրգանիզմում: Տրանսճարպերը նաև վնաս են հասցնում իմունիտետին: Ֆրի կարտոֆիլների մեջ շատ աղ են օգտագործում, իսկ դա իր հերթին մեծացնում է երիկամներում քարերի առաջացման վտանգը, առաջացնում հիպերտոնիայի, կաթվածի կամ ինսուլտի վտանգ:

Խոզապուխտ. Հիմնականում խոզապուխտի մեջ միս որպես այդպիսին պարունակվում է ընդամենը 5 տոկոս: Մնացածը ամբողջությամբ գել է (համի և հոտի խթանիչներով):

Ապխտած երշիկներ. Ցավոք այժմ չեն ապխտում այնպես, ինչպես նախկինում: Դրա փոխարեն օգտագործվում են ապխտող հեղուկներ, որոնցում պարունակվում է ֆորմալդեգիդ: Դա կարող է բերել քաղցկեղային գոյացությունների:

Երկար պահպանման ժամկետով կաթնային սննդամթերք. Մի օգտագործեք կաթնամթերք, որը կարող է պահպանվել երկու շաբաթից ավել: Ասեպտիկ փաթեթավորումը՝ դա փաթեթավորում է անտիբիոտիկով: Դժբախտաբար, նման կաթնամթերքը պարունակում է ստաբիլիզատորներ, հակաթթուներ և հոտի թխանիչներ:
