Արցախի Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հաղթանակի տոնի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի եւ Շուշիի ազատագրման օրվա առթիվ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից,  Բակո Սահակյանն ուղերձու մ նշել է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի եւ Արցախյան ազատամարտի թանկագի՛ն վետերաններ,

Պաշտպանության բանակի հարգարժա՛ն գեներալներ, սպաներ, զինվորներ,

Հանրապետության իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Հաղթանակի տոնի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի եւ Շուշիի ազատագրման օրվա առթիվ. տոն, որն իր մեջ ամփոփում է մեր ժողովրդի հաղթանակները՝ դառնալով հերոսության ու սխրանքի, անձնվիրության ու հայրենասիրության խորհրդանիշ, տոն, որը փառավորելով մեր անցյալը, լուսավորում է ապագան, ուղենիշ հանդիսանում սերունդների համար, սովորեցնում, թե ինչպես պետք է ապրել ու արարել, սիրել հայրենիքը եւ պաշտպանել այն։

Այս տոնական օրը մենք մեծարում եւ գլուխ ենք խոնարհում մեր հերոս պապերի ու հայրերի առջեւ, ովքեր Խորհրդային միության մյուս ժողովուրդների հետ ձեռք ձեռքի հաղթանակ տարան Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում։

Գլուխ ենք խոնարհում Արցախյան ազատամարտում հաղթանակ կերտած քաջ հայորդիների առջեւ, ովքեր պաշտպանեցին սեփական հողի վրա ազատ ու անկախ ապրելու մեր ժողովրդի իրավունքը։

Այսօր հպարտությամբ կարող ենք ասել, որ ունենք մեծագույն մի հաղթանակ եւս. դա մեր երիտասարդ սերունդն է, մեր նորօրյա հերոսները, ովքեր պատվով են շարունակում իրենց նախնիների ավանդույթները` մարտի դաշտում հյուսելով նոր առասպելներ ու լեգենդներ: Պաշտպանության  բանակի մեր անձնուրաց զինվորներն ամուր են կանգնած իրենց դիրքերում եւ անառիկ են պահում Արցախի Հանրապետության սահմանները:

Թանկագի՛ն հայրենակիցներ,

Մեր բոլոր այս հաղթանակները միասնության, վտանգի մեջ հայտնված հայրենիքը պաշտպանելու գաղափարի շուրջ համախմբվածության հաղթանակն են։ Վստահ եմ, որ այս ոգին միշտ կուղեկցի մեր ժողովրդին, եւ մենք կտոնենք դեռ շատ հաղթանակներ: Դա է մեր նահատակների հիշատակը միշտ վառ պահելու լավագույն միջոցը: Դա է հարատեւելու միակ ճիշտ ուղին: Դա է մեր միակ ճանապարհը:

Մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս փառապանծ Եռատոնի առթիվ եւ մաղթում խաղաղություն եւ նորանոր հաջողություններ մեր երկրին ու ժողովրդին»:
