Ավստրալիայում բնակվող էնդեմիկ ձկնատեսակ ձուկ-կաթիլը կուլ է տալիս այն ամենը, ինչ անցնում է իր դիմացով:
Դելֆինի այս տեսակը ապրում է միայն Յանցզի գետում: Դելֆինների այս տեսակից, սակայն, աշխարհում մնացել է, ըստ տարբեր աղբյուրների, 5-13 նմուշ:
Այ-այ: Այսպես է կոչվում աշխարհի ամենատարօրինակ կենդանիներից մեկը, որն այժմ անհայտացող տեսակների շարքին է դասվում:
Բոլիվիայի հարավում, Պերուի արևելքում բնակվում է կայսերական տամարին անունը ստացած կապիկը: Այս կապիկն իր անունը ստացել է գերմանացի կայսր Վիլհելմ Երկրորդի անունից` այն պատճառով, որ վերջինս իր կառավարման ամբողջ շրջանում արտասավոր բեղեր է ունեցել:
Անկարական նապաստակ: Մյուս նապաստակներից այս տեսակը տարբերվում է երկար մազերով:
Ծովային պեգաս: Այն նման անուն է ստացել այն պատճառով, որ բնակվում է ծովում և բավական նման է ձիու:
Կապիկի այս տեսակը եզակի հանդիպողներից է: Այն առավել շատ հանդիպում է հարավ արևելյան Ասիայում: Ուտում է զանազան կենդանիների՝ թռչուններ, օձեր:
Հսկայական սալամանդրա: Այս կենդանատեսակը հանդիպում է ԱՄՆ-ում, Ճապոնիայում, Չինաստանում: Երկարությունը կազմում է 6 ֆուտ:
Խոզի քթով չղջիկ: Այս կենդանու երկարությունն ընդամենը 33 մմ է: Նրանք բնակվում են Թայլանդի հարավ-արևելքում: Այս կենդանիները ոչնչացման եզրին են:
