Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմը ցույց տվեց, որ հակառակորդը չի կարող անցնել Արցախի սահմանը, Արցախի ժողովրդին պարտադրել, որ լքի իր հողը: Ստեփանակերտում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այդ մասին նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ ապագայում ունենալու ենք հզոր Մայր Հայրենիք և հզոր Արցախ:«Մայիսյան հաղթնակները բերեցին Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք մեծ համախմբման: Մենք պետք է միշտ լինենքհամախմբված և արդյունքում անպայման կունենանք նմանհաղթանակներ: Ողջ հայության, այդ թվում` Արցախի հերոսժողովրդի համախմբումը ևս մեկ անգամ պարտադրեց մերթշնամուն, որ լինի հարգալից հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ:Ապագայում ևս հակառակորդը չի ունենալուհաջողություններ»,- ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորեց ողջ հայությանը եռատոնի առթիվ, մաղթեց հաջողություններ՝ կարևորելով եռամիասնության ամրապնդումն ամեն օր ու ամեն տարի: «Դա է մեր հաջողությունը, դա է մեր ապագան»,- ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
