Ռուսաստանի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ զենքի մատակարարման մասին նոր պայմանագրերի իրականացումը որոշ ժամանակ է պահանջում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպան Իվան Վոլինկինը:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված ռուսական զենքի մատակարարման ուշացումը, դեսպանն ասաց. «Գիտեք, դա ուշացում չէ, դա տեւական գործընթաց է: Դա չի նշանակոմ, որ Ռուսաստանը զենք չի մատակարարել, Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարել է: Պարզապես նոր պայմանագրերը ինչ-որ ժամանակ են պահանջում, առաջին հերթին Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ սպառազինությունները ընտրելու համար: Երկրորդ հերթին՝ ժամանակ է պետք անհրաժեշտ ներպետական ընթացակարգերն ու համաձայնագրերը ավարտին հասցնելու համար: Այնպես որ ես կարծում եմ, որ ամեն բան կլինի ժամկետներում եւ նորմալ»,- հավելել է դեսպանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Հայաստանը 200 մլն դոլարի չափով վարկային համաձայնագիր են կնքել, որն օգտագործվելու է ռուսական զենք գնելու համար:
