Ցիտրուսային մարմելադի բաղադրատոմս, որը կարելի է պատրաստել տնային պայմաններում` առանց կոնսերվանտների և ներկանյութերի: Հյուրասիրեք Ձեր երեխաներին տնային մարմելադով և մի անհանգստացեք նրանց առողջության համար:
Բաղադրիչները.
1. Շաքարավազ – 400գ
2. Կիտրոնի քերած կեղև – 1ճ/գ
3. Նարնջի քերած կեղև – 1ճ/գ
4. Ժելատին – 50գ
5. Կիտրոնի հյութ – 175մլ
6. Նարնջի հյութ – 175մլ
Պատրաստման եղանակը.
Քերել մեկ 1ճ/գ կիտրոնի կեղև և 1ճ/գ նարնջի կեղև: Քամել 175մլ նարնջի հյութ և 175մլ կիտրոնի հյութ:
Կաթսայի մեջ խառնել 75մլ նարնջի հյութը, 75մլ կիտրոնի հյութը և մեկական 1ճ/գ քերած կեղևը:
Հյութը կեղևի հետ հասցնել եռման և եփել թույլ կրակի վրա մոտ 5 րոպե: Քամել:
Հեղուկի մեջ ավելացնել ժելատին, խառնել: Այն բանից հետո, երբ ժելատինը կհալվի, ավելացնել 360գ շաքարավազ և լավ խառնել: Ավելացնել մնացած ցիտրուսային հյութերը և մեկ անգամ ևս լավ խառնել:
Այն բանից հետո, երբ հեղուկը մի փոքր սառչի, լցնել այն ուղղանկյուն թասի մեջ, որի մեջ փռված է թխելու համար նախատեսված թուղթ (թուղթը պետք է պատել առանց հոտի բուսայուղով): Մարմելադով թասը դնել սառնարանի մեջ մոտ 10 ժամ:
Սառած մարմելադը հանել սառնարանից, կտրատել սուր դանակով փոքրիկ քառակուսիների և թաթախել շաքարավազի մեջ: Պատրաստի մարմելադը նորից դնել սառնարանի մեջ:
