Ոստիկանությունը մոտ 1 միլիոն դոլար է վճարելու միայն խախտումների մասին ծանուցումները վարորդներին հասցնելու համար.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը ապրիլի 22-ին 490 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ պայմանագիր է կնքել «Հայփոստ» ընկերության հետ «փոստային կապի հետ կապված սուրհանդակային կապի և օժանդակ ծառայությունների վճարովի մատուցման» համար։ Ընդ որում, այս պայմանագիրը վերաբերում է ճանապարհային ոստիկանությանը։ Եվ սա այն գումարն է, որը ոստիկանությունը «Հայփոստին» պետք է վճարի երթևեկաթյան կանոնների խախտման համար քաղաքացիներին ուղարկվող տուգանքների մասին ծանուցումները տեղ հասցնելու համար։ «Հայփոստը» նամակները պետք է վերցնի Ծ. Իսակովի 9 հասցեից ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունից։ Այսպիսով, ոստիկանությունը մոտ կես միլիարդ դրամ կամ 1 միլիոն դոլար է վճարելու միայն խախտումների մասին ծանուցումները վարորդներին հասցնելու համար։ Նշենք նաև, որ ոստիկանությունն այս տարի «Հայփոստի» հետ նմանատիպ ևս մեկ պայմանագիր կնքել էր դեռևս հունվարի 25-ին։ Այդ անգամ պայմանագրի արժեքը կազմում էր 160 միլիոն դրամ կամ մոտ 320 հազար դոլար։ Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է միայն վերջին պայմանագրին, ապա փաստաթղթում առկա թվային տվյալներից հասկանալի է դառնում, որ 490 միլիոն դրամի դիմաց «Հայփոստը» պետք է առաքի ճանապարհային խախտումների մոտ 1,4 միլիոն ծանուցում։ Առաջին պայմանագրով ծանուցումների թիվը պետք է կազմի մոտ 400 հազար։ Այսինքն, ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու բաժին է հասնելու առնվազն 1 խախտում։
Եվս մի ուշագրավ թիվ այդ պայմանագրի համաձայն, յուրաքանչյուր 20 գրամանոց առաքման, տվյալ դեպքում ծանուցման գինը 350 դրամ է։ Մինչդեռ ընդամենը օրեր առաջ նույն «Հայփոստի» միջոցով նմանատիպ 20 գրամանոց ծրարը ուղարկվել է ընդամենը 120 դրամով։ Ճիշտ է, տվյալ դեպքում ծրարի համար առանձին է վճարվել ընդամենը 30 դրամ, բայց միևնույն է, այն 350 դրամ չի կազմել»,–գրում է թերթը։
