Լոռիում առերևույթ սպանություն կատարած անձը հայտնաբերվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 1960թ. ծնված կնոջ սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։ Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2016 թվականի մայիսի 9-ի լույս 10-ի գիշերը՝ ժամը 02-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Լոռու մարզի Շնող գյուղում տուն է այրվում: Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական- օպերատիվ խումբը և պարզվել է, որ այրվել է նույն գյուղի 56-ամյա բնակչուհու տան ննջասենյակը, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել է տանտիրուհու դին՝ կիսաայրված վիճակում:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ դեպքից առաջ կնոջն է այցելել նրա հեռավոր ազգականը (ծնված 1993թ.)՝ հարբած։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ երիտասարդը կնոջն առաջարկել է սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ, սակայն մերժում ստանալով՝ բռնություն է գործադրել նրա նկատմամբ և խեղդել։ Հետքերը վերացնելու համար այրել է անկողինն ու հեռացել:
Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը հայտնաբերվել է։ Ձեռնարկվում են քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու, երիտասարդի հայտնած տեղեկություններն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։
Նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ՝ կնոջ մահվան պատճառը, հնարավոր սեռական ոտնձգության ենթարկված լինելու հանգամանքները պարզելու համար։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
