Գրիգորյան Ժորան ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Չափից ավելի աշխատասիրությունը հիվանդություն է` աշխատանքը կյանքի ընդամենը մի մասն է կազմում: Նույնիսկ, եթե մեկ այլ բնագավառում ձեզ մոտ ժամանակավոր դատարկություն է, լցրեք այն հաճելի ու օգտակար զբաղմունքներով, բայց ոչ միայն ու միայն աշխատանքով:

Հանգստություն պահպանեք՝ ոչ մի խնդիր կամ արգելք չպետք է վնասի ձեր առողջությանը: Չափավոր և ոչ հաճախ կրկնվող սթրեսը նույնիսկ օգտակար է, բայց մշտական նյարդային լարվածությունը կարող է հրահրել մի շարք հիվանդություններ:

Արձակուրդ վերցրեք՝ պետք չէ արձակուրդը հետագձել մինչև հաջորդ տարի, այլապես ձեռք կբերեք քրոնիկական հոգնածության համախտանիշ: Իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում արձակուրդը բաժանեք մի քանի փուլերի, եթե մեկշաբաթյա հանգիստը լիովին բավարար է:

Մոռացեք դեղահաբերի մասին՝ եթե ցավում է գլուխը, առաջին հերթին փնտրեք պատճառը. դա կարող է լինել տոթ և չոր օդը, հոգնածությունը կամ շատ մոտ դրված մոնիտորը: Վերացրեք պատճառը և փորձեք հանգստանալ գոնե 5-10 րոպե:

Արեք այն, ինչ ձեզ դուր է գալիս՝ աշխատանքի, գործընկերների, մասնագիտության հանդեպ մշտական դժգոհությունը սթրեսների, հոգնածության, դյուրագրգռության և այլ տկարությունների պատճառ կարող է հանդիսանալ, ընդհուպ մինչև հիպերտոնիկ հիվանդություն և դեպրեսիա:

Հարկ է հագուստը բնական գործվածքից լինի՝ սինթետիկ հագուստը ոչ միայն տհաճ է, այլև մաշկի համար վտանգավոր, որովհետև վերջինս չի շնչում: Եթե աշխատանքի բերումով, ստիպված եք օրական 10 ժամ որևէ կոստյումով մնալ, նախընտրելի է, որ այն լինի բնական գործվածքից:

Զբաղվեք սպորտով՝ նստակյաց աշխատանքը հարկ է փոխհատուցել լրացուցիչ շարժումներով: Գրանցվեք ֆիթնես-ակումբներում, որտեղ կարող եք գնալ աշխատանքից հետո կամ էլ ընդմիջման ժամերին: Ծայրահեղ դեպքում, աշխատանքի գնալիս, փորձեք երկար քայլել:

Ժպտացեք ՝ ժպտացեք ում ցանկանում եք` գործընկերներին, ղեկավարին, հավաքարարին կամ պահակին: Ապացուցված է. ժպիտը նպաստում է էնդորֆինների արտադրմանը, իսկ դրանք տալիս են հանգստության, ուրախության զգացողություն, լավացնում տրամադրությունն ու երկարացնում կյանքը: Իսկ հոգեկան հավասարակշռությունն ամենակարևոր նախապայմանն է:
