Գազարի եփուկի մեջ ավելացրեք  մեղր ու լավ խառնեք, որից հետո նրա մեջ ավելացրեք գազարի խյուսը: Պահեք օշարակը սառը տեղում:

Օրվա ընթացքում  ընդունեք 3- 4 ճ/գ  օշարակ:  Արդյունքը տեսանելի կլինի արդեն 1- 2 օր հետո:
