Ամփոփվել են վարչական շրջանների աշխատանքների 2016թ. ապրիլի գնահատման ու վերլուծության արդյունքները

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, ամփոփվել են մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների 2016թ. ապրիլի գնահատման ու վերլուծության արդյունքները:
Ներկայացնելով քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում կատարած աշխատանքների ապրիլ ամսվա ամփոփ ցուցանիշները՝ քաղաքապետի խորհրդական Արայիկ Քոթանջյանը նշել է, որ աղյուսակային ընդհանուր սանդղակում առաջին հորիզոնականը զբաղեցրել է Շենգավիթ, երկրորդը՝ Ավան, իսկ երրորդ տեղը՝ Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանը: Ապրիլ ամսվա ամփոփիչ գնահատման և վերլուծության արդյունքներով վերջին՝ տասնմեկերորդ, տասներորդ և իններորդ տեղերն էլ համապատասխանաբար զբաղեցրել են Աջափնյակ, Նոր Նորք և Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանները:
Բարձր ցուցանիշներ գրանցած վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին քաղաքապետը հորդորել է չբավարարվել ձեռքբերածով՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով, որ անելիքներ դեռ շատ կան և պետք է առավել հետևողական աշխատանք տանել ցուցանիշներն էլ ավելի բարելավելու ուղղությամբ: Իսկ ցածր ցուցանիշներ գրանցած վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին էլ հանձնարարվել է կարճ ժամանակահատվածում շտկել բացթողումներն ու ըստ ոլորտների տանել հետևողական աշխատանք:
«Վարչական շրջանների գործառույթների գնահատման այս մոտեցումը մեզ հնարավորություն է տալիս յուրաքանչյուր ամիս ըստ ոլորտների տեսնել ու գնահատել ձեր կողմից կատարած աշխատանքների արդյունավետությունը: Ինձ համար անընդունելի է հատկապես վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերում գործող այն բաժինների աշխատանքը, որոնց պատճառով տվյալ վարչական շրջանները գնահատման արդյունքում ցածր ցուցանիշներ են գրանցում: Եղեք հետևողական, աշխատանք տարեք համապատասխան բաժինների հետ և կարճ ժամանակում շտկեք բոլոր թերացումներն ու շարունակեք անել հնարավորը՝ մշտապես բարձր ցուցանիշներ արձանագրելու համար: Իսկապես մեծ է մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչների սպասելիքները մեզանից, ու յուրաքանչյուրը պարտավոր է իր հետևողական, սրտացավ ու ամենօրյա աշխատանքով արդարացնել այդ սպասելիքները»,- ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Խորհրդակցության շրջանակում ներկայացվել են նաև քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի վարչությունների ու բաժինների գործառույթների 2016թ. ապրիլի գնահատման արդյունքները: Անդրադառնալով ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական գնահատված ցուցանիշներին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն այնուամենայնիվ աշխատակազմի վարչությունների և բաժինների պատասխանատուներին ևս հորդորել է ամենօրյա հետևողական աշխատանք տանել դրանց բարելավման ուղղությամբ:
