Ի՞նչ կարող է պատմել լեզուն մարդու առողջության մասին

Բժիշկը նայելով Ձեր լեզվին շատ բան կարող է ասել, թե ինչ է կատարվում Ձեր օրգանիզմում: Բայց հասարակ մարդկանց համար սա դեռեւս գաղտնիք է: Medical Daily-ի փորձագետները մի կարճ ցուցակ են կազմել, թե որ դեպքում, ինչի մասին կարող է վկայել Ձեր լեզուն:
Մուգ լեզու
Սովորաբար մարդու լեզուն պետք է հաճելի վարդագույն գունավորում ունենա: Երբ լեզուն սկսում է մգանալ, սա վկայում է օրգանիզմում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխությունների մասին:
Մուգ լեզուն կարող է նոր դեղորայք ընդունելու կամ սննդակարգում նոր մթերք ներառելու արդյունք լինել: Սեւ եւ մազոտ լեզուն (այո, դա իրական բժշկական տերմին է) ժամանակավոր բնույթ ունեցող երեւույթ է: Բացի այն, որ բերանից տհաճ հոտ է գալիս եւ բերանում տարօրինակ համ է առաջանում, սեւ ու մազոտ լեզուն առողջությանը ոչ մի վնաս չի տալիս, եւ որպես կանոն ինքն իրեն անցնում է:
Լեզվի վրա շագանակագույն հետքերը, միգուցե, ավելի քիչ տարօրինակ թվան, քան սեւ եւ մազոտ լեզուները, բայց շագանակագույն բծերը կարող են վկայել ինչ-որ ավելի լուրջ մի բան՝ օրինակ, մելանոմա: Մելանոմայի վաղ հայտնաբերումն ու բուժումը չափազանց կարեւոր է, քանի որ քաղցկեղի այս տեսակը տարածվում է նաեւ մարմնի այլ մասերի վրա: Շագանակագույն առաջին իսկ բծերի հայտնվելուն պես, դիմեք բժշկի:
Գունատ լեզու
Լեզվի գունատությունը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել մանրէներով, որոնք մնում են լեզվի մազիկների վրա: Երկար ժամանակ ծխելը, ջրազրկումը եւ բերանով շնչելը կարող են լեզվի բաց գունավորման պատճառ դառնալ: Չնայած հազվադեպ, բայց հարթ լեզուն կարող է վկայել անեմիայի մասին. վիտամինի պակասի մի տեսակ:
Կետեր
Եթե Դուք այրել եք Ձեր լեզուն տաք թեյով, լեզվի վրա կարող են հետքեր առաջանալ, որոնք ինքնաբերաբար կանցնեն:
Մարդկանց ճնշող մեծամասնության մոտ կյանքի ինչ-որ մի էտապում բերանում՝ շրթունքների եւ այտերի ներսի հատվածում, կարող են խոցեր առաջանալ: Խոցերը հիմնականում շրջանաձեւ կամ օվալաձեւ են լինում եւ հիմնականում դեղին, միջին հատվածում կարմիր եզրագծերով են լինում՝ ըստ Մայոյի կլինիկայի: Խոցերի առաջացման իրական պատճառները մինչեւ վերջ ուսումնասիրված չեն, բայց հայտնի է, որ դրանք ի հայտ են գալիս սթրեսի կամ վիրահատություններից հետո առաջացող վնասվածքների պատճառով: Խոցերը նաեւ կարող են առաջանալ այնպիսի հիվանդություններից, ինչպիսիք են ցելիակիան եւ Կրոնի հիվանդությունը:
Հատվածական լեզու
Կաթնասնկախտը կամ սնկային վարակները կարող են տեղակայվել լեզվի վրա սպիտակ հատվածական բծերի տեսքով: Թեպետ կաթնասնկախտը սովորաբար հանդիպում է կրծքով կերակրվող երեխաների մոտ, սակայն դրանով կարող են նաեւ վարակվել մեծահասակները: Կաթնասնկախտը վտանգավոր չէ եւ հեշտությամբ է բուժվում: Եթե վարակը տարածվում է նաեւ այլ օրգանների վրա, ինչպիսիք են կերակրափողը կամ ստամոքսը, այն կարող է ավելի սրվել:
