Ամերիկյան բուրգերներում առնետի եւ մարդու ԴՆԹ են հայտնաբերել

Ավելի քան երկու հարյուր ամերիկյան բուրգերների մոլեկուլյար անալիզը որոշ «անսպասելի բաղադրիչներ» է ի հայտ բերել, այդ թվում` առնետի եւ մարդու ԴՆԹ: Այդ մասին ասված է Clear Labs ընկերության զեկույցում, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»:
Փորձագետները Հյուսիսային Կալիֆորնիայի 22 խանութից 79 տարբեր ապրանքանիշի 258 բուրգեր են ստուգել: Արտադրանքի 13,б տոկոսը նրանք ճանաչել են որպես «խնդրահարույց»:
Առնետի եւ մարդու ԴՆԹ-ից բացի, ընկերությունը նաեւ մի քանի այլ խախտում է հայտնաբերել: Խոսքը վերաբերում է իրական եւ հայտարարված սննդային արժեքների միջեւ անհամապատասխանությանը, ինչպես նաեւ բաղադրիչների փոխարինմանը, որն ի հայտ է բերվել ստուգված արտադրանքի 6 տոկոսում:
Նմուշների 4,3 տոկոսում հիվանդահարույց միկրոօրգանիզմներ են հայտնաբերվել: Բացի այդ, տավարի մսից մի կոտլետում խոզի ԴՆԹ է հայտնաբերվել, իսկ հնդկահավով մեկ բուրգերում եւ տավարի մսից երկու բուրգերում` հավի ԴՆԹ:
Բուսակերական բուրգերների 15 տոկոսում պակասում էին բաղադրիչները, դրանցից երկուսում միս է հայտնաբերվել, սեւ լոբով մեկ բուրգերում ընդհանրապես սեւ լոբի չի հայտնաբերվել:
Անցյալ տարվա վերջին Clear Labs-ը նույն եղանակով ստուգել էր ամերիկյան հոթ-դոգները: Ստուգված արտադրանքի մի մասում ընկերության մասնագետները նաեւ մարդու ԴՆԹ էին հայտնաբերել:
Clear Labs-ում նշել են, որ մարդու ԴՆԹ-ի առկայությունը «սարսափելի մի բան» չի նշանակում, ամենայն հավանականությամբ ինչ-որ մեկն առանց ձեռնոցի ձեռքով դիպել է նմուշին:
