Բոլորն էլ վիճում են, երբ կանգնում են խնդիրների առաջ։ Սակայն նման իրավիճակներում  նախընտրելի է արագ ավարտել վիճաբանությունը, քան թեժացնել այն եւ կորցնել ինքնատիրապետումը։

Ընդմիջեք

Վիճելիս ընդմիջումը կարող է օգնել ձեզ հանգստանալ եւ էներգիա գտնել միմյանց հասկանալու եւ խնդիրն ավելի հանգիստ լուծելու համար։ Ընդմիջման ընթացքում հարկավոր է հիշել բարի եւ հաճելի երեւույթների մասին ու հասկանալ, որ վիճաբանությունը ուղղակի ժամանակի կորուստ է։

Կարեկցեք միմյանց

Վիճաբանությունը ավարտելու լավագույն միջոցը դիմացինի տեսակետը հասկանալն է։ Իսկ եթե խելացի եք եւ ուժեղ, փորձեք անել այնպես, որ նա հարցը հենց ձեր տեսանկյունից դիտարկի։ Այս պարագայում լուծումը շատ ավելի հեշտ է գտնել։

Հաճախ վիճաբանությունների ժամանակ զուգընկերներից մեկը սկսում է ամեն ինչում անտեղի մեղադրել մյուսին։ Սա բավականին սխալ մոտեցում է եւ ավելի է դժվարացնում խնդրի լուծումը։ Անգամ վիճաբանության հարցում պետք է պատասխնատվություն ունենալ եւ խուսափել անհիմն մեղադրանքներից։

Վիճաբանության ժամանակ պետք չէ անցյալը հիշել

Եթե ցանկանում եք արագ ավարտել զրույցը,  հիշեք ապագայի, ոչ՝ անցյալի մասին։ Անցած-գնացած պատմությունների մասին հիշատակելու դեպքում ավելի խրթին իրադրության մեջ եք հայտնվելու։ Ուստի, մտածեք, թե ինչ կարելի է անել վիճելու փոխարեն (օրինակ՝ ֆիլմ դիտել, գնալ զբոսանքի)։

Վիճաբանությունների ընթացքում ճիշտ եւ տեղին կատակելը կարող է հանել լարվածությունը, թուլացնել երկու կողմերին էլ եւ ստիպել նրանց արագ ավարտել վեճը։

Փոխեք ձայնի տոնայնությունը

Վիճաբանությունն ավարտելու հիանալի միջոց է հանգիստ, մեղմ ձայնով խոսելը։ Սակայն պետք չէ կատակել եւ մանկական ձայնով խոսել, քանի որ դա, միգուցե, բարկացնի դիմացինին։

Մի շտապեք եզրակացություններ անելիս

Եթե ոչ մի կերպ չի ստացվում լուծել խնդիրը, ապա պետք է ընդմիջել եւ քննարկումը թողնել հաջորդ օրվան, երբ հնարավոր կլինի ավելի սթափ գլխով որոշումներ կայացնել։

Կենտրոնացեք կարեւոր հանգամանքների վրա

Վիճելիս չպետք է մոռանալ կարեւոր հանգամանքների մասին։ Օրինակ՝ չի կարելի վիճել երեխաների ներկայությամբ, քանի որ դա կարող է սթրեսի ենթարկել նրանց։ Հարկավոր է հիշել, որ ամուսինների վիճաբանությունը բացասաբար է ազդում երեխաների հոգեբանության վրա եւ որքան հնարավոր է արագ ավարտել վեճը։
