Իտալիայի կառավարությունը նույնասեռական անձանց քաղաքացիական միությունը ճանաչելու մասին օրինագծի քննարկման ժամանակ խորհրդարանի Պատգամավորների պալատի անդամների վստահության քվեն է ստացել: Այս մասին գրում է Reuters-ը:
Կառավարությանը վստահություն է հայտնել 369 պատգամավոր, դեմ է արտահայտվել 193-ը: Իսկ փաստաթղթի շուրջ վերջնական քվեարկությունը կկայանա մայիսի 11-ին, բայց դա արդեն ձեւական բնույթ կկրի:
Ըստ ՏԱՍՍ-ի, եթե պատգամավորները մերժեին կառավարության առաջարկը, վարչապետ Մատեո Ռենցին ստիպված կլիներ հրաժարական ներկայացնել, քանի որ կառավարությունն օրինագիծը քվեարկության էր ներկայացրել՝ դրա ընդունումը կապելով կառավարությանը վստահելու հարցի հետ:
Քաղաքացիական միությունը փաստացի նշանակում է, որ նույնասեռական զույգերը կկարողանան մի շարք իրավունքներից օգտվել, մասնավորապես, մահվան դեպքում կարողության ժառանգում, զուգընկերոջ ազգանունը վերցնելու իրավունք, նրան հիվանդանոցում այցելելու հնարավորություն:
Սակայն նույնասեռականների ամուսնություն, ինչպես նաեւ նրանց կողմից երեխաների որդեգրում այս օրինագծում չի նախատեսվում:
