ՊՆ-ում 5 միլիոն դրամ կաշառքի հետքերով.«Ժողովուրդ»

«Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ երկու շաբաթ առաջ՝ ապրիլի 26-ին, Սերժ Սարգսյանը պաշտոնանկ արեց միանգամից երեք բարձրաստիճան գեներալների:
Դեռևս 2016 թվականի մարտի 21-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ կալանավորվել են ՀՀ ՊՆ վերահսկիչ վարչության ընդհանուր վերահսկման բաժնի պետ, գնդապետ Սամվել Խաչատրյանը՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու մեղադրանքով, և ՀՀ ՊՆ նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի տեխնիկական ապահովման գլխավոր մասնագետ Արսեն Ղարիբջանյանը՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալուն օժանդակելու համար։
Այս հրապարակումից գրեթե մեկ ամիս հետո՝ ապրիլի 26-ին, Սերժ Սարգսյանը աշխատանքից ազատեց ՊՆ փոխնախարար-նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի պետ Ալիկ Միրզաբեկյանին։ Ստացվում է, որ Արսեն Ղարիբջանյանը կալանավորված Է, իսկ, ահա, նրա վերադաս Ալիկ Միրզաբեկյաևը ընդամենը աշխատանքից ազատված։
Իսկ ինչ Էր արել Ալիկ Միրզաբեկյանի ենթակայության տակ գործող գլխավոր մասնագետ Ղարիբջանյանը։ Պարզվում է, որ ՀՀ ՊՆ վերահսկիչ վարչության ընդհանուր վերահսկման բաժնի պետ, գնդապետ Սամվել Խաչատրյանը տեղեկացել Է, որ ՍՊԸ-ներից մեկը Պն-ին ապրանքը վաճառել է թանկ գնով։ Ավելին՝ վերջինս իր վերադասից կոնկրետ հանձնարարական է ստացել՝ ստուգել ՍՊԸ-ի գործողությունները։ Եվ, ըստ Էության, վերջինս բացահայտել Է, որ իսկապես ՍՊԸ-ն ապրանքը ՊՆ-ին թանկ գնով Է վաճառել, և որպեսզի ՍՊԸ-ի ղեկավարությունը իրավապահների ձեռքը չհայտնվի, որոշել Է նրանցից 5 միլիոն դրամ կաշառք վերցնել։
Այս պատմության մասին նա հայտնել Է ՀՀ ՊՆ նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի տեխնիկական ապահովման գլխավոր մասնագետ Արսեն Ղարիբջանյան, որն էլ որոշել է օժանդակել Խաչատրւանին։ Եվ, ահա, 2016 թվականի մարտի սկզբին Ղարիբջան|անը հանդիպել է ընկերության տնօրեն Ավագյանին և հայտնել գնդապետ Խաչատրյանի՝ 5 մլն դրամ կաշառք ստանալու պահանջի մասին, իսկ մարտի 15-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրի մոտակայքում անձամբ հանդիպել Է նրան և ստացել պահանջված գումարը։
Չի բացառվում Է, որ Ալիկ Միրզաբեկյանին աշխատանքից ազատելու պատճառներից մեկը եղել Է հենց այս դեպքը։ Միգուցե նրա գլխավոր մասնագետը ասել Է, որ իր վերադասը՝ Ալիկ Միրզաբեկյանը, տեղյակ Է եղել իր գործողություններից, իսկ, ահա, իշխանական վերնախավում որոշել են վերջինիս պաւոժել ընդամենը աշխատանքից հեռացնելով, քանի որ աշխատակցին արդեն իսկ կալանավորել են։ Նկատենք, որ այս պատմության մեջ ամենատարօ– րինակն այն Է, որ Արսեն Ղարիբջանյանը կաշառք վերցրել Է, ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս, ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրի մոտակայքում։ Արդյո՞ք կաշառք վերցնող անձը կարող Էր այդքան ակնհայտ գործել և հանդիպեր այն վայրում, որտեղ կարոդ Էին նրան բռնել։ Չի բացառվում, որ այն աստիճանի թիկունք Է ունեցել՝ ի դեմս իր ղեկավարների, որ գործել Է առանց վախի»,–գրում է թերթը։
