ԱԺ-ում շարունակվում է կառավարության հրավիրած արտահերթ նիստը. ՈՒՂԻՂ
VIDEOԱզգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է կառավարության հրավիրած արտահերթ նիստը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, գրանցվել է 103 պատգամավոր: Նիստի մեկնարկին քվեարկության դրվեցին նախորդ օրը քննարկված հարցերը:
Մայիսի 11-ի նիստի ընթացքում պատգամավորներն առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկել են կառավարության հեղինակած «Բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը: Օրենքի նախագծի նպատակն է կատարելագործել խոշոր գործարքների բացահայտման մեխանիզմները, բարձրացնել փոքր բաժնետերերի շահերի պաշտպանվածության մակարդակը:
ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ներկայացրել է «Հարկերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» եւ կից օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը, որով առաջարկվում է ապաքրեականացնել մաքսաննենգության հոդվածը:
Երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աշոտ Մարտիրոսյանը ներկայացրել է «Խաղաղ նպատակներով ատոմային էներգիայի անվտանգ օգտագործման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում եւ փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» եւ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ստուգումների կազմակերպման եւ անցկացման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենսդրական փաթեթը:
Երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել է նաեւ «Էներգախնայողության եւ վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ եւ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» եւ կից օրենսդրական փաթեթը, որը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ էներգետիկայի եւ բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
Երեւանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ եւ Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի միջեւ 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 16-ին ստորագրված «Երեւանի կոշտ թափոններ-առաջին փուլ» ֆինանսավորման պայմանագիրը եւ ՀՀ ու Վերակառուցման եւ զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի միջեւ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 11-ին ստորագրված «Երեւանի կոշտ թափոնների ծրագիր» վարկային համաձայնագիրը: Հիմնական զեկուցողը տեղեկացրել է, որ փաստաթղթերի նպատակն է բարելավել Երեւանում քաղաքային կոշտ թափոնների կառավարման համակարգը եւ դրանց հեռացման ենթակառուցվածքը:
