Ադրբեջանի տարածքները ուսումնասիրող ինչ-որ կազմակերպություն երեքշաբթի օրը Թերթերի շրջանում ՝ տարածքները ուսումնասիրելիս , հայտնաբերել է ֆոսֆորի հետքեր և Հայաստանին մեղադրում են քիմիական զենք օգտագործելու մեջ:

Այս ամենը ուղղված է երկրում հերթական խուճապի ալիքը բարձրացնելուն, քանի որ Ադրբեջանական ղեկավարությունը ցանկանում է ժամանակ ձգի ապրիլյան մարտերից հետո ոտքի կանգնելու համար:
Ըստ այդ գործակալության տարածած հայտարարության մայիսի 10-ին Գարգաջի գյուղում կատարած ուսումնասիրություններից հետո հայտնաբերվել ու վնասազերծվել է մեկ հատ չպայթած հրետանային արկ ՝ 152 մմ:
Ասկիպար կոչվող գյուղում կատարած ուսումնասիրություններից հետո հայտնաբերվել է ևս մեկ հրետանու ֆոսֆորային արկ ՝ 122 մմ :
Գործակալության տվայլներով ընհանուր ուսումնասիրվել են չորս տուն իրենց հարակից տարածքներով, հայտնաբերվել և վնասազերծվել են 2 НБП ՝ հրետանային արկ ՝152մմ և հրետանու ֆոսֆորային արկ ՝ 122 մմ, ընդհանում ուսումնասիրվել է 42,884 քառ. մետր:

Ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ քիմական նման զենքի օգտագործումը ավերիչ մեծ ազդեցություն է ունենում և որպես ապացույց ադրբեջանցիները պետք է ներկայացնեին հարյուրավոր լուսանկարներ, տեսանյութեր, այրվածքներով տասնյակ տուժածներ ու գոնե ականատեսների պատմություններ: Իսկ ադրբեջանցիները առայժմ ցուցադրում են անհայտ ծագման ինչ որ չպայթած արկ ու պնդում իրենց վարկածը: Նրանց տրամաբանության համաձայն ֆոսֆորային արկը մեկ մետր հող է փորել , մտել է մեջը ու սպասել տվյալ գործակալության ժամանմանը:

Ապրիլի 7-ից 10-ը ընկած հատվածում այդ գործակալությունը, որը աշխատում եմ Իլհամ Ալիևը հովանու ներքո և նկարում է նրա կողմից տված թվերը, ուսումնասիրել է 457 տուն իր հարակից տարածքներով, 12 ֆերմա, ցանքատարածություններ, 2 զորամաս, 2 գերեզման , 3 գյուղական դպրոց, 1 բուժկետ, Զարդաբի, Թերթերի, Շամկիրի, Աղջաբեդի, Աղդամի, Ֆիզուլիի , Թովուզի, Գերանբոյի, Սաուխի, Շամկիրի, Ջալիլաբադի և Ուջարի շրջանների զինվորական գործարանները, հայտնաբերվել և վնասազերծել են 1419 НБП , 13 հակահետևակային և 6 հակատանկային մին:
Ըստ հրապարակված տվյալների, հայկական հրետանին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերին խոցալու նպատակով արձակած կրակոցներով վնաս է հասցրել Աղդամի ՝ 84 և Գարադագլի ՝ 36 տներին , 5 տուն ամբողջովին ավիրվել է: Զանգուշալ գյուղում վնասվել է 16 տուն, 1 տուն ամբողջովին այրվել է, ամբողջությամբ ավիրվել է 2 տուն և 1 խանութ: Աֆետլի գյուղում վնասվել է 21 տուն, 2 տուն ամբողջովին ավիրվել է:

Տվյալ գործակալությանը կարելի է հուշել , որ նրանք անիմաստ հայտարարություններ անելու փոխարեն , կարող են ուղղակի խորհուրդ տան Զաքիր Հասանովին , որ չի կարելի զորքը տանել ու պահել խաղաղ բնակչության մոտ: Ամեն մի վնասված տան պատասխանատուն բացառապես Զաքիրն է իր անգրագետ հրամանատարներով: 
Ադբեջանի ղեկավարությունը, տարբեր կազմակերպությունների օգնությամբ, փորձում է բարձրացնել երկրում խուճապի մակարդակը: Իլհամը իր գահը փորձում է պահել ժողովդրի վախի հաշվին , բայց ինչպես տեսել ենք մեկ օր առաջ այդ վախը գնալով կոտրվում է քանի որ բոլորն էլ զգում են , որ Իլհամի գործերը սկսել է վատ գնալ:
