Պետությունը պատրաստ է աջակցել արտերկրում երկու զինծառայողների բուժման գործընթացին

 Առողջապահության նախարարությունում երեկ մինչև ուշ գիշեր,  «Էրեբունի» հիվանդանոցում գտնվող երկու վիրավոր զինծառայողների ծնողների հետ քննարկել են նրանց բուժման նպատակով արտերկիր տեղափոխելու հարցը: Ինչպես այսօր լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը,  վերջին օրերին գրեթե ամեն օր զինծառայողների ծնողների հետ հանդիպում է ունենում, երեկ մինչև ուշ գիշեր Ռուբեն ԱռաքելյանÕ « և Արման Լազգիյանի ծնողների հետ հանձնաժողովի ներկայությամբ քննարկվել է հարցը՝ արդյո՞ք նրանք այսօր պատրաստ են արտեկիր տեղափոխման, արդյո՞ք Հայաստանում սպառված են բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերելու բոլոր ռեսուրսները:

«Ծնողները հայտնեցին իրենց տեսակետները: Իհարկե մենք այս հարցում չենք կարող զերծ մնալ հուզական կոմպոնենտից, որը պարբերաբար լսում ենք և ծնողներից, և հարազատներից, բայց շատ սթափ կարողացանք քննարկում ծավալել: Իրենք էլ համոզվեցին, որ Հայաստանում հնարավոր են բուժման այն եղանակները, որոնք նրանք տեսնում են արտերկրում, սակայն ծնողները պնդում են, այնուամենայնիվ հասկանալով, որ Հայաստանում այդ հնարավորությունը կա: ՀՀ կառավարության որոշումը վերաբերում է այն դեպքերին, երբ Հայաստանում անհնարին է բուժման այս կամ այն տեխնո լոգիան կամ մասնագետի առկայությունը, ցանկություն են հայտնում ամեն դեպքում տեղափոխել: Եվ մեր աշխատանքն այստեղ կլինի այդ ամբողջ գործընթացն ապահովելը, լոգիստիկ մեթոդաբանությունն ամբողջությամբ վերցնելը մեզ վրա: Մենք պարտավորվածություն ենք զգում ծնողների առջև և այդ աշխատանքները կազմակերպելու ենք իրենց հետ համատեղ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Արմեն Մուրադյանը՝  հավելելով, որ աշխատանքները կկազմակերպվեն նաև բարերարների հետ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ զինվորների տեղափոխությունը կապված է ծախսերի հետ:

Արմեն Մուրադյանի խոսքով՝ երկու վիրավորները թթվածնից կախվածություն ունեն, Արմանի ջերմությունը երեկ եղել է 38 աստիճան, խոց ունի, Ռուբենն էլ «սպինալ շոկի» փուլում է, և վտանգները դեռևս բարձր են, ռիսկերը բացատրվել են ծնողներին:

«Ամեն դեպքում,  ծնողի և զինծառայողի իրավունքն է՝ իր բուժումը շարունակել Հայաստանում կամ արտերկրում, և մենք այդ ընթացքում տղաների կողքին ենք լինելու»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Արմեն Մուրադյանի խոսքով՝  զինվորների ծնողները ցանկանում են տղաներին տեղափոխել Համբուրգի կլինիկա, երեկ ծնողների ներկայությամբ անձամբ խոսել է իրենց իսկ ընտրած բժիշկի հետ:

Հարցին, թե հաշվի առնելով զինվորների առողջական վիճակը՝ տեղափոխության ժամանակ լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ չե՞ն կանգնի, Արմեն Մուրադյանը նշեց, որ բոլոր այդ ռիսկերը մանրակրկիտ, շատ մեղմ, բայց սթափ ներկայացվել է ծնողներին: «Մենք չենք կարող ուղղակի ասել՝ եթե ուզում եք, ապա տեղափոխեք: Մանրակրկիտ ներկայացվել է տեղափոխման հետ կապված ինչպիսի վտանգներ կան՝ անգամ սենյակից սենյակ տեղափոխման ժամանակ: Եթե պետք է ինքնաթիռով տեղափոխեն, սա նշանակում է, որ յուրաքանչյուր քայլը պետք է նախապատրաստվի: Մասնավորապես, տրանզիտ օդանավակայանում պետք է լինեն հա մապատասխան ծառայությունները: Նաև առաջակություն ենք արել, որ այն բժիշկը, որը ստանձնել է այդ պատասխանատվությունը և պատրաստ է ընդունելու զինծառայողին, ապա նրան հրավիրենք Հայաստան, այլ ոչ թե պատգարակով մեր երեխային տանենք այնտեղ: Այստեղ կարող ենք իր կարծիքը լսել, քննարկել մեր մասնագետների հետ»,-  նշեց Արմեն Մուրադյանը:

Նա միաժամանակ ասաց, որ ծնողները կշարունակեն բանակցությունները   արտերկրի կլինիկաների հետ և իրենք պարտավորվել են ամեն հարցում աջակցել նրանց:
