Հակաբիոտիկների օգտագործման վտանգները: Գեորգի Ավետիսյանի սյունակը

Սիրելի ընթերցողներ այս հոդվածը գրելուն նպաստեց մի լուր, որը վերաբերում էր հղի կնոջ մահվանը տուբերկուլյոզ հիվանդությունից (տուբերկուլյոզին կանդրադառնամ հաջորդ անգամ):
Ոզում եմ խոսենք ընդհանրապես մանրէների (միկրոբ) և դրանց դեմ պայքարի մասին: Ինչպես գիտենք՝ պատմության ընթացքում բազմաթիվ մանրէային հիվանդություններ դարձել են համաճարակների պատճառ, ինչը իր հերթին միլիոնավոր մարդկանց կյանքեր է խլել, մինչև 19-դարի վերջում շոտլանդացի մանրէաբան Ա. Ֆլեմինգը բացահայտեց պենիցիլինը՝ հակաբիոտիկ, որ սպանում էր մանրէներին:
Այս բացահայտումը հեղափոխություն էր բժշկության բնագավառում: Հետագայում արդեն այլ գիտնականներ բացահայտեցին այլ հակաբիոտիկներ, այդ թվում նաև ստրեպտոմիցինը, որով սկսեցին բուժել տուբերկուլյոզ հիվանդությունը:
Սակայն, ինչպես պարզվեց, այստեղ ևս ազդեցությունը բերում է հակազդեցություն՝ մանրէները սկսեցին հարմարվել՝ առաջացավ ռեզիստենտություն այդ հակաբիոտիկների նկատմամբ, հետագայում արդեն անհրաժեշտություն առաջացավ սինթեզել նոր հակաբիոտիկներ:
Ցավոք, մեր իրականության մեջ հակաբիոտիկների օգտագործումը դարձել է հասարակ մի բան, ամեն պատեհ և անպատեհ առիթների ժամանակ մարդիկ օգտագործում են հակաբիոտիկներ, իսկ մանրեները շարունակում են հարմարվել այդ հակաբիոտիկներին: Ըստ մասնագետների պնդման, մի քանի տասնյակ տարի հետո կարող է ստացվել այնպես, որ չունենանք մանրէների դեմ պայքարի գործուն միջոց:
Սա լուրջ ահազանգ է: Ցավալին նաև այն է, որ միայն մարդկանց օգտագործումը չի, որ կարող է նման հետևանքներ ունենալ: Ավելի վատ պատկեր է անասնաբուժության բնագավառում: Անասնապահությամբ զբաղվող մարդիկ սովոր են, կենդանու մոտ տրամադրության կամ ախորժակի անկում նկատելու դեպքում հակաբիոտիկ ներարկել: Այդ ներարկումն իր հերթին բերում է նրան, որ կենդանիներից ստացված մթերքի մեջ հայտնաբերվում է հակաբիոտիկների մնացորդային քանակներ, ինչը իր հերթին ժամանակի ընթացքում բերում է նույն էֆեկտին:
Երբեք չի կարելի պրոֆիլակտիկ նպատակով օգտագործել հակաբիոտիկներ, լինի դա մարդու, կաթնատու, մսատու կենդանիների, թե մեղուների պարագայում:
