«Մեր տեղեկություններով, շփման գոտում գտնվող Արցախի գյուղերի բնակիչները շատ գոհ են, որ կամավորականները եկել-կանգնել են իրենց կողքին։ Ասում են՝ նրանց հետ մեզ ավելի ապահով ենք զգում։ Ի դեպ, գեներալ Մանվելը ոչ միայն Հայաստանում ունի անշարժ ու շարժական հարուստ գույք, այլ նաև Ջաբրայիլում տուն, որն այս օրերին նաև շտաբի տեղ է ծառայում։ Կամավորները, գյուղացիները, կողք կողքի, երկրորդ-երրորդ «լինյա» են փորում դիրքերում՝ ուժեղացնելու պաշտպանական գիծը, նոր խրամատներ են կառուցում։
