Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի խմբագրականը հատվածաբար.
«Դուք, օրինակ, ասում եք՝ «որքան դժբախտ եմ ես»։ Դա իրականում նշանակում է՝ ես ինքս ինձ ինչ-որ հանգամանքների կամ ինչ-որ մարդկանց զոհ եմ համարում։ Ես լցված եմ խղճահարությամբ իմ անձի հանդեպ և գուցե ենթագիտակցորեն սպասում եմ արտաքին ազդակների, որոնք ևս մեկ անգամ կապացուցեն, որ ես իսկապես հիմքեր ունեմ ինքս ինձ խղճալու։ Ես, կարծես, խնդրում եմ ինձ հանդիպած մարդկանց՝ «մի հատ վիրավորեք ինձ, որ ես ինձ ավելի դժբախտ զգամ»։ Ես կփնտրեմ նաև ինձ նման դժբախտ մարդկանց, որպեսզի մենք միասին ողբանք կյանքի անարդարությունից։ Դա ուղիղ ճանապարհ է՝ կյանքը դժոխք սարքելու։
Եթե դուք ասում եք՝ «ես չեմ կարող դա անել», դուք դա չեք էլ փորձի անել կամ կփորձեք՝ չանելու նպատակով։ Նույնը՝ այլ հոգոցներ, եթե ասում եք՝ «ես քոսոտ եմ», ուրեմն այդպես էլ կա։ Եթե ասում եք՝ «իմ բախտը երբեք չի բերում», դա էապես մեծացնում է հավանականությունը, որ դուք «վատ խաղաքարտ» եք քաշելու։ Եվ որքան շատ դուք ձեր մասին կրկնեք այդ պնդումները, այնքան «կուժգնանա» դրանց մոգական ազդեցությունը։
Ենթադրենք, մենք որոշել ենք ինքներս մեզ «չկախարդել»։ Բայց մեզ ճիշտ նույն ձևով փորձում են «կախարդել» ուրիշները։ Մանկուց դա անում են մեզ սիրող ծնողները՝ դու չես կարող սա անել, դա լավ չես երգում, կոկիկ չես գրում, դու փնթի ես, դու ծույլ ես։ Հետո նրանց միանում են մեր «չուզողները» ՝ որոնք արդեն անեն հատուկ շահագրգռվածություններ ՝ մեզ խոսքերով խոցելու։
Ի՞նչ է, ես ինքս չգիտե՞մ իմ թերություններն ու ուժեղ կողմերը։ Թե՝ սպասում եմ, որ որևէ մեկն՝ իրականում իր հոգեբանական «վերքերից» խոսելիս տա իմ անունը։ Ընդ որում, պարտադիր չէ, որ դա լինի իմ «չուզողը» կամ ինձ նախանձողը՝ պարզապես ամեն մարդ իր խնդիրներն ունի, և շատերը դրանց մասին իրենց դատողությունները ձևակերպում են որպես որևէ մեկի հասցեին մեղադրանք և խարազանում։ Կարևոր է, որ ես ինքս նույն կերպ չվարվեմ։
Իսկ հիմա նույն մտքերը տարածեք մեր բոլորի՝ հայերիս վրա։ Կարծում եմ՝ ամեն ինչ պարզ է»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
