Ռուսաստանը չի պաշտպանի Ստամբուլի հումանիտար գագաթնաժողովի ամփոփիչ դրույթները

Ռուսաստանը չի պաշտպանի այն պարտավորությունները, որոնք կընդունվեն մայիսի 23 – 24-ը Ստամբուլում կայանալիք Հումանիտար հարցերի առաջին համաշխարհային գագաթնաժողովում, քանզի կարծում Է, որ ՄԱԿ-ի քարտուղարությունը պատշաճ կերպով չի նախապատրաստել համաժողովն՝ անտեսելով Մոսկվայի տեսակետները: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է Ռուսաստանի պատվիրակության նամակում, որը տարածվել Է ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ պետությունների մեջ:
Ռուսաստանի պատվիրակությունը հայտնել Է, որ 2014 թվականին գագաթնաժողովի անցկացման մասին հայտարարման պահից ի վեր ինքն իրական հնարավորություն չի ունեցել իր դիրքորոշումների հաշվառման հասնելու «հանգուցային պարտավորությունների հավաքակազմում, որոնք այժմ ներկայացնում են գագաթնաժողովի հիմնական արդյունքը»:
Ավելի վաղ ՄԱԿ-ում հայտնել են, որ Ստամբուլի գագաթնաժողովին սպասվում են շուրջ 6 հազար մասնակիցներ, այդ թվում ՄԱԿ-ի ավելի քան 110 անդամ պետությունների պատվիրակություններ, ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունների եւ մասնավոր հատվածի ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Համաժողովի շրջանակներում տեղի կունենան 130 միջոցառումներ: Ինչպես ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնի Է դարձել, համաժողովին իրենց մասնակցությունը հավաստել են աշխարհի մի շարք ղեկավարներ, այդ թվում՝ Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ սպասվում Է պետությունների եւ կառավարությունների առնվազն 50 ղեկավարների ժամանում:
Մինչդեռ աշխարհի հանգուցային անկախ հումանիտար կազմակերպություններից մեկը՝ «Բժիշկներ առանց սահմանների» կազմակերպությունը, մայիսի 5-ին հայտարարել Է գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելուց հրաժարվելու մասին՝ դա պատճառաբանելով այն հանգամանքով, որ այն «վերածվել Է բարի մտադրությունների թզենու տերեւի» եւ չի օգնի վերջ դնել միջազգային իրավունքի խախտումներին, որոնք կատարվում են նաեւ պետությունների կողմից:
