Հայաստանի ավտոճանապարհների փոսային նորոգման աշխատանքների մեծ մասն արված է

 ՀՀ միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհներին ապրիլի սկզբին մեկնարկած փոսային նորոգման աշխատանքների մոտ 98%-ն արդեն ավարտված է: Անձրևային եղանակի պատճառով աշխատանքները ձգձգվում են միայն Գորիս-Կապան և Դիլիջան-Վանաձոր ճանապարհահատվածներում: Վանաձոր-Դիլիջան միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհը սպասարկում են երկու կ ազմակերպություններ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

42 կմ երկարություն ունեցող ճանապարհի 10,5-34,2կմ հատվածը սպասարկում է «Լոռի ՃՇՇ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը: Բարենպաստ եղանակի դեպքում ընկերության աշխատակիցներն այս ճանապարհահատվածում օրական իրականացնում են մոտ 400քմ փոսային նորոգման աշխատանքներ։ «Լոռի ՃՇՇ» ՓԲ ընկերության գլխավոր ինժեներ Վլադիմիր Սահակյանի խոսքով՝ այս պահի դրությամբ՝ գործի մոտ 95%-ն արդեն ավարտված է: «Կատարվել են մոտ 4000քմ փոսային նորոգման աշխատանքներ: Ձեռնարկությունը ապահովված է բոլոր անհարժեշտ մեքենա-մեխանիզմներով, խանգարող միակ հանգամանքը անձրևներն են»: Այս ճ անապարհով անցող վարորդները փաստում են՝ մեծ աշխատանք է կատարվում: Արդյունքն արդեն իսկ նկատելի է. «Գոհ ենք, շնորհակալ ենք: Ես շուտ-շուտ եմ Դիլիջան գնում։ Ինչքան գնում էի՝ գալիս, ավտոյի վրա գործ էր լինում, անիվ էր տրաքում։ Ճամփա չկար ընդհանրապես: Հիմա ինչ սարքել են, արագ գնում ենք՝ գալիս, պրոբլեմ չկա»։ «Ամենօրյա իմ ճանապարհն է, որ սենց լինի էլ բողոք չկա: Արագ տեմպով էլ գործ են անում են»,- ասում են վարորդները:

Վանաձոր-Դիլիջան ճանապարհի հաջորդ՝ 34,2-42 կմ հատվածի սպասարկման աշխատանքներն իրականացնում են «Հաղարծին» ՓԲ ընկերության աշխատակիցները: Այստեղ աշխատանքների հիմնական մասն արդեն ավարտված է, մնում է նորոգել մոտ 500 քմ ճանապարհահատված։ Ընկերության գլխավոր ինժեներ Գագիկ Վասիլյանը նշում է, որ բարենպաստ եղանակի դեպքում՝ շաբաթվա վերջում գործը կավարտեն. «Ընկերության տեխնիկական պարկը հագեցված է։ Փոսային նորոգումների աշխատանքները ժամանակին, որակով ավարտելու համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր տեխնիկան ունենք»։

ՀՀ միջպետական և հանրապետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհների փոսային նորոգման աշխատանքները հսկում է ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության «Ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհների տնօրինություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը: ՊՈԱԿ-ի ճանապարհների շահագործման բաժնի պետ Հրաչյա Բաղդասարյանի խոսքով՝ փոսային նորոգման աշխատանքներին գնահատական տալուց առաջ պետք է հաշվի առնել մի կարևոր հանգամանք, թե ինչպիսի ճանապարհի վրա են ընթանում բարեկարգման աշխատանքները: Եթե ճանապարհը 15 և ավելի տարիներ չի հիմնանորոգվել, փոսային նորոգման աշխատանքները չեն կարող ցանկալի արդյունք տալ. &la quo;Վանաձոր-Դիլիջան ավտոճանապարհին առաջացած մեծ ծավալի փոսերի պատճառը երկար տարիներ՝ մոտ 14 տարի, չհիմնանորոգվելն է: Այդ հիմնանորոգումն էլ՝ շատ մեծ վերապահումով կարելի է հիմնանորոգում անվանել: Այն ժամանակ, «Լինսի» հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ ընդամենը մեկ շերտ ասֆալտ է արվել ճանապարհին, որը լավագույն դեպքում 4-6 տարի է ծառայում։ Ընդհանրապես, համաձայն նորմերի՝ 15-17 տարին մեկ ճանապարհը պետք է ամբողջությամբ հիմնանորոգվի։ Նշենք, որ զուգահեռ ավարտին են մոտենում նաև հանրապետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհների փոսային նորոգման աշխատանքները: Դրանց ավարտից հետո ճանապարհաշինարարները կիրականացնեն կողնակների հարթեցման, վնասված արգերլափակոցների վերականգնման, կողային առուների մաքրման և ճանապարհային նշանները թարմացնելու աշխատանքները:
