Ադրբեջանն ինքը քիմիական նյութեր կիրառելու մեծ փորձ ունի. Դավիթ Բաբայան

Ադրբեջանը սեփական հանցագործությունները կոծկելու համար հայկական զինված ուժերի դեմ կեղծ տեղեկություններ է տարածում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նմա կարծիք հայտնեց Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դավիթ Բաբայանը` անդրադառնալով այն հայտարարությունը, որ Ադրբեջանի համապատասխան մարմինները քրեական գո րծ են հարուցել` հիմքում մեղադրելով հայերին: Ադրբեջանը նշում է, թե իբր հայկական կողմը քիմիական զենք է կիրառել:
«Դա բացահայտ սուտ է, Ադրբեջանը փորձում է սեփական հանցագործությունները կոծկել: Ադրբեջանն ինքն ունի շատ հարուստ փորձ քիմիական նյութեր օգտագործելու և Արցախի բնակչությանը թունավորելու գործում: Դեռևս խորհրդային տարիներին, նրանք պարբերաբար թունավորում էին Ստեփանակերտի ջրամատակարարման ցանցը: Ղարաբաղը ժամանակին առաջին տեղն էր զբաղեցնում բնակիչների երկարակեցության մակարդակով: 1970-1980 թվականներին քաղցկեղով հիվանդների թվով Անդրկովկասում Արցախը զբաղեցնում էր վերջին տեղը: 89 թվականին` 2-րդ տեղն էր: Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները մեÖ € ջրային պաշարները թունավորել էին և մարդիկ հիվանդացել էին»,-ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը: Նա պատահական չհամարեց այն, որ խորհրդային տարիներին Ստեփանակերտի ֆիլտր կայանների աշխատակիցներն ադրբեջանցիներ էին, որոնք չէին ապրում Ստեփանակերտում: Դրանից բացի, Ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումների աշխատակիցները, որոնք հսկում էին ջրային ակունքները, նույնպես ադրբեջանցիներ էին: Դավիթ Բաբայանի խոսքով, 1990 թվականին էլ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները Ստեփանակերտը սնուցող ջրամատակարարման ցանցը կրեոլին կոչված քիմիական նյութ էին լցրել, որը խոշոր և մանր եղջերավոր անասունների քոսի դեմ դեղ է, բավական տոքսիկ: Բազմաթիվ մարդիկ թունավորվել էին, շատերն էլ զրկվել ջրից:
«2005 թվականին Ադրբեջանի Ազգային ակադեմիայի ռադիոակտիվ խնդիրների ինստիտուտի տնօրենը, իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում բացեիբաց հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանում կան բազմաթիվ քիմիական նյութեր, որոնց տեղը նույնիսկ պետությունը չգիտի: Այդ քիմիական, ռադիոակտիվ նյութերը բավարար են, որպեսզի հանցավոր ահաբեկչական խմբավորումները ստեղծեն ռումբեր: Դա իրենք են ասել: Հիմա, նրանք սեփական ժողովրդի դեմ օգտագործել են այդ ֆոսֆորային նյութերը, որպեսզի հետո մեղքը գցեն հայկական կողմի վրա: Նման քաղաքականություն սովորաբար տանում են հանցագործներն ու ահաբեկչական պետությունները: Եթե մի երկրում հայկական բանակի զինվորին գլխատում են, ու դա ցուցադրում են, ծերերի ականջները կտրում են, այդ դեպքում էլ ի՞նչ սպասել նման պետությունից»,-հավելեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
