ԼՂՀ ԱԺ-ում շարունակվել են պետական բյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկումները

Մայիսի 13-ին տեղի է ունեցել ԼՂՀ ԱԺ արտադրության և արտադրական ենթակառուցվածքների և ֆինանսաբյուջետային ու տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստը, որը վարում էին գլխադասային հանձնաժողովների նախագահներ Արպատ Ավանեսյանը և Ռուսլան Իսրայելյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, ԼՂՀ 2015թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման ոլորտային հաշվետվություններ են ներկայացրել գյուղատնտեսության, քաղաքաշինության, էկոնոմիկայի, բնապահպանության բնագավառների, ինչպես նաեւ անշարժ գույքի պետական կադաստրի, տնտեսական մրցակցության հանձնաժողովի ու Արցախում գործող ներդրումային և արտադրական հիմնադրամների պատասխանատուները:

Համատեղ քննարկմանը ներկա էին ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանը և կառավարության անդամներ:

ԼՂՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարության 2015թ.-ի բյուջեի կատարողականը ներկայացրել է քաղաքաշինության նախարար Կարեն Շահրամանյանը: Հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ 2015թ. պետական բյուջեից ոլորտին է հատկացվել 12մլրդ 18մլն 260 հազ դրամ, ծախսվել է՝ 11մլրդ 996մլն դրամ կամ՝ 99,8%-ը:

ԼՂՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության բյուջեի կատարողականի մասին հաշվետվությամբ հանդես է եկել էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Անդրանիկ Խաչատրյանը: Նախարարի հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ 2015թ.-ին ոլորտի համար նախատեսված միջոցները կազմել են 952 մլն 151,100 դրամ, կատարողականը՝ 788 մլն 305 հազ դրամ կամ՝  նախատեսված միջոցների 84,7%-ը:

ԼՂՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արամ Մխոյանը ներկայացրել է հանրապետության գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառին 2015թ.–ին պետական բյուջեից հատկացված միջոցների կատարողականի մասին հաշվետվությունը, որի համաձայն, ոլորտին հատկացվել  է 3 մլրդ 341 մլն 907 հազ դրամ, կատարողականը կազմել է 3 մլրդ 266 մլն 380 հազ դրամ կամ՝  նախատեսված միջոցների 97,7%-ը:

Կառավարությանն առընթեր շրջակա միջավայրի և բնակա ն ռեսուրսների վարչության պետի տեղակալ Արթուր Գաբրիելյանի հաղորդմամբ, 2015թ.-ին պետական բյուջեից ոլորտին է հատկացվել  154մլն 851,2 դրամ, կատարողականը կազմել է 146մլն 986,2 դրամ կամ՝ նախատեսվածի 90,2 %-ը:

ԼՂՀ հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող  պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հակոբ Ղահրամանյանի հաշվետվության համաձայն, 2015 թ.-ին  համակարգի պահպանման ծախսերը կազմել են 149 մլն 458 հազ դրամ, կատարողականը՝ 140մլն 143հազ դրամ կամ՝ նախատեսվածի 93,8%-ը:

Արցախի ներդրումային հիմնադրամի 2015թ.-ի պետական բյուջեի կատարողականը ներկայացրել է հիմնադրամի նախագահի տեղակալ Մհեր Մխիթարյանը: Հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ 2015թ. պետական բյուջեից հիմնադրամին է ուղղվել  2,5 մլրդ դրամ, կատարողականը՝ 100%:

Գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամի 2015թ.-ի կատարողականի մասին հաշվետվությամբ է հանդես եկել հիմնադրամի նախագահ Աշոտ Բախշիյանը: Վերջինիս հաղորդմամբ՝ պետական բյուջեով հիմնադրամին է հատկացվել 1 մլրդ 200մլն, որից ֆինանսավորվել է 1 մլրդ 170 մլն դրամը կամ՝ նախատեսվածի  97,5%-ը:

Համատեղ նիստի քննարկումներին ԱԺ պատգամավորները զեկուցողներին առաջադրել են հաշվետվություններին վերաբերող հարցեր և ստացել համապատասխան պարզաբանումներ:

ԼՂՀ 2015թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման տարեկան հաշվետվությունները ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովներում շարունակվելու են քննարկվել մայիսի 16-ին:
