«Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության (ՇԱԳԱՄ) նախագահ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը նախօրեին աղմկահարույց հայտարարությամբ կրկին խախտել Է ՊՆ-ի անդորրը։ Սեֆիլյանը հայտարարել է, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ հայկական կողմը հյուսիսարևելյան հատվածում 7 մլն. քառակուսի մետր տարածքային կորուստ Է ունեցել։ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն Էլ կեսբերան հերքել Է։ Երեկ միավորումը կրկին հայտարարություն Է տարածել՝ վերահաստատելով Թալիշում կորցրած տարածքների մասին իրենց հայտարարությունը՝ դրան կցելով նաև մի տեսանյութ, որտեղ, ըստ իրենց, պարզ երելում Է պատկերը։ Տեսանյութում ասվում Է նաև, որ հակառակորդի վերցրած դիրքերը ստրատեգիական նշանակության են, քանի որ բարձրադիր մի դիրքի գրավումով Թալիշ գյուղը և հարակից շրջաններն ընկել Է հակառակորդի անմիջական նշանառության տակ։ Թալիշի գյուղապետ Վահե Պետրոսյանը երեկ չհերքեց այս տեղեկությունը։ Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ավերածություններից հետո գյուղը դեռևս չի վերաբնակեցվել, հայտնի էլ չէ, թե երբ դա տեղի կունենա։
- Պարոն Պետրոպան, Թալիշը վերադարձե՞լ է բնականոն կյանքի, բնակիչները վերադարձե՞լ են իրենց տները։
- Ձեր կարծիքով, որտե՞ղ պիտի վերադառնան։ Ինչի ամեն ինչ կարգավորվել է, մնացել է վերադառնալը։ Բնակչությունը դրսում է, Թալիշում մարդ չի ապրում, ու ճիշտ էլ չէ մարդ տանել այնտեղ, ինչի մասին է խոսքը։
- Ւսկ ինչո՞ւ չեն վերադառնում, չէ որ հրադադարի պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց։
- Իհարկե, գյուղը կրակահերթի տակ չէ, ցերեկվա ժամերին՝ առավել ևս, փոխհրաձգություն լինում է գիշերվա ժամերին, մեծ տրամաչափի զենքերից չեն կրակում, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ պետք է խաղաղ բնակիչ տանել գյուղ։ Աստված հեռու պահի, իսկ եթե նույն պատահականությամբ, նույն ուժգնությամբ ու մի բան էլ ավել նորից լինի, ես համոզված եմ, որ, Աստված ոչ արասցե, եթե նորից սկսվի, մի քանի անգամ ավելի ուժգին է լինելու։
- Նորից վերսկսվելու հավանականությունը մե՞ծ է։
- Ես չեմ կարող այդ հարցին պատասխանել։
- Իսկ ավերված բնակարանները վերականգնելու, ընդհանրապես՝ գյուղը վերականգնելու աշխատանքներ տարվո՞ւմ են։
- Գիտեք, եթե պայմանական, ասենք, ունենք մի 40 տուն ավերված և ունենք ևս մի 100 տուն, որ ավերված չէ, բայց այդ հարյուր տանը, բնականաբար, այսօր ապրող չկա, ի՞նչ կարծիքի եք, իմաստ ունի՞ այդ 40 տունն այսօր դնենք վերականգնենք։ Դա իմաստ կունենար, եթե այդ 100 տանն ապրողները նորմալ ապրեին, իսկ մյուսներն էլ մնացած լինեին բաց երկնքի տակ։ Դեռ շուտ է նման բան անելը։
