Հայկական զինված ուժերի համար տարածքներ կորցնելու երևույթներ գոյություն չունեն, խոսքը գնում է ժամանակավոր վերահսկողության մասին, այն դեպքում, երբ գործողություններն այս կամ այն ձևով դեռևս շարունակվում են: Այս տարիների ընթացքում նման դիրքային փոփոխությունները մշտական են եղել ու հասկանալի է, որ կարող են շարունակվել: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրո ւն Հովհաննիսյանը` անդրադառնալով լրագրող Թաթուլ Հակոբյանի հրապարակած տվյալներին:

«Թե իր տարածածը, թե նախկինում հնչած թվերն այնքան էլ չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, իմ վերաբերմունքն այդ մասին ասել եմ: Երբ մարտական գործողություններն այս կամ այն ձևաչափով շարունակվում են, երբ այս կամ այն տարածքի նկատմամբ կոնկրետ գործողություններ կարող են լինել, նման մանրուքները լրջորեն կարող են վտանգել գործողությունները», – Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը:

ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակն ընդգծեց, որ անցած 20 տարիների ընթացքում այդ մակարդակի դիրքային բարելավումները, հիմնականում ի օգուտ հայկական զինված ուժերի, բազմիցս տեղի են ունեցել, բայց ոչ մի անգամ դրանք չեն մեկնաբանվել ու այժմ էլ սխալ է մեկնաբանել: «Ինչ մնում է կոնկրետ որքան, ինչ ենք կոցրել, ապա նախ նշեմ, որ «կորցնել» բառն ընդհանրապես չեմ ընդունում, որովհետև հայկական զինված ուժերի համար նման երևույթ գոյություն չունի, դա ժամանակավոր վերահսկողություն է և այս տարիների ընթացքում նման դիրքային փոփոխությունները մշտական են եղել ու հասկանա լի է, որ կարող են շարունակվել: Հակոբյանը նշել է այնպիսի տերմիններ, որոնք ընդհանրապես չեն կիրառվել, նշել է հենակետերի մասին, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ հարավում ընդամենը մեկ հենակետ կա»,- ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի հայտնած տեղեկություններին, Հովհաննիսյանն ընդգծեց. «Լուրջ չէ նստել, քարտեզի վրա հաշվել: Ավելի անլուրջ է դառնում google-ից հանած քարտեզի հիման վրա տեսանյութ պատաստելը: Եկեք չտրվենք մանիպուլյացիաների. քարտեզ են ներկայացրել՝ հյուսիսն ու հարավը խառնած, նշել են, որ տեղում չեն եղել, այսինքն չլինելով այնտեղ` հաշվարկներ են կատարել: Ցանկացած զինվորական ցանկացած եզրակացություն կատարելիս պետք է տեղանքում աշխատի: Խորին հարգանք ունեմ ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի և իր կողքին կանգնած զինվորականների նկատմամբ, ովքեր ունեն երկարա մյա ծառայության փորձ, բայց տարրական ռազմական հմտությունները պահանջում են մի քանի կաննոների պահպանում»,- նկատեց Հովհաննիսյանը:
