«Իմ տարիքում արդեն ուշ է». այսպես են մտածում շատ կանայք, իրենք իրենց արգելելով ապրեն հետաքրիր ու լեցուն կյանքով: Մենք հավաքել ենք ամենապոպուլյար ստերեոտիպերը տարիքի մասին, իսկ հետևել դրանց թե ոչ որոշեք ինքներդ:
Միֆ 1. Ուշ է վառ հագնվելու համար
Հիշեք, որ վառ գույները միայն երիտասարդ աղջիկների համար չեն: Եթե կաշկանդվում եք Ձեր կնճիռների կամ կազմվածքի թերությունների պատճառով, դա չի նշանակում որ պետք է մուգ կամ խամրած գույների հագուստ կրեք: Փակ և ծածկող հագուստը նույնպես կարող է լինել վառ ու գեղեցիկ: Ընտրությունը մեծ է, սակայն միանշանակ ոչ կարելի է ասել միայն 2 դեպքում: Առաջինը վատ որակի, էժնագին ու վատ կարված հագուստը, երկրորդը՝ բաց, շատ սեքսուալ զգեստներ: Կարող եք հետևել հայտնի կանանց օրինակին:

Որքան մարդը մեծանում է, այնքան դժվար է դառնում ընտրություն կատարելը: Սակայն սա ամենևին չի նշանակում, որ չի կարելի սիրահարվել:

40-ից հետո ծննդաբերությունը լուրջ հարց է: 40-ից հետո երեխա ունենալն ուշ չէ միայն այն դեպքում, երբ առողջ եք: Եթե Ձեզ մոտ ամեն ինջ կարգին է, ապա վախենալու ոչինչ չկա: Հայտնիներից՝ Մերայա Քերրին երկվորյակ է ունեցել 41 տարեկանում:
Միֆ 4. Ուշ է սովորելու համար
Ծերությունը գալիս է ոչ թե այն ժամանակ երբ կոսմետիկան փոխարինվում է դեղորայքով, այլ երբ մարդը դադարում է զարգանալ ու սովորել: Քանի տարեկան էլ որ լինեք Ձեզ համար պետք է կարևոր լինի նոր զգացումների առկայությունը, նոր ինֆորմացիան ու կյանքի իրական համը ընկալումը: Փորձեք գտնել այն նոր զբաղմունքը, որ կգրավի Ձեզ ու կդառնա Ձեր կյանքի մի մասը: Հայտնիներից՝ Մերիլ Սթրիփը ամեն անգամ նոր դերեր խաղալուց առաջ լավ ուսոմնասիրում է և սովորում է անհրաժեշտ տեղեկությունները: Օրինակ ֆիլմերից մեկի համար նա սովորեց ճիշտ երգել:

Սա ա շատ սխալ է: Հայտնի դերասանուհի Քիմ Քեթրոլը սերիալի քասթինգի մասնակցեց 41 տարեկանում. սերիալը նրան համաշխարհային ճանաչում բերեց: Ժան ռենոն հայտնի դարձավ 46 տարեկանում: Ջոան Ռոուլինգը, Դարյա Դոնցովան, Էրիկա Լ. Ջեյմսը գրեցին իրենց սուպրեհայտնի գրքերը քառասունամյակը նշելուց հետո:
