Մարինա Ներսեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ ՀՀ-ում իրականացվում է CARMAC ծրագրիը: Այն միտված է գյուղատնտեսության զարգացմանն ու գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների ընդլայնամանը:
Օրերս ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի գյուղատնտեսության ավագ տնտեսագետ, Համայնքների գյուղատնտեսական ռեսուրսների կառավարման և մրցունակության երկրորդ ծրագրի (CARMAC 2) աշխատանքային խմբի ղեկավար Բեքզոդ Շամսիևի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկվել է CARMAC ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև ՀԲ-ի և Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի (IFC) կողմից նախորդ տարվա հոկտեմբերին գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում իրականացված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները:
Հատկանշական է, որ հանդիպման ժամանակ առաջարկներ են ներկայացվել նաև գյուղատնտեսական խորհրդատվական ծառայությունների հզորացման, գյուղատնտեսական հողերի շուկաների հզորացման, սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ստանդարտների, ենթակառուցվածքների և նյութատեխնիկական հարցերի կատարելագործման վերաբերյալ:
Հարկ է նշել նաև, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը պայմանավորվել են հանգամանորեն ուսումնասիրել երկուստեք ներկայացված առաջարկությունները: Քննարկումներն ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնելու համար առաջարկվել է առաջիկայում կազմակերպել սեմինար` բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի մասնակցությամբ:
