Փոքր կոնտեյներով մանրակրկիտ խառնել բաղադրիչները: Ահա և վերջ՝ հրաշք սերուցքը պատրաստ է: Եթե ձեր կրունկները շտապ խնամքի կարիք ունեն, օգտագործեք վիտամին: Մեկ շաբաթ ամեն երեկո մշակիր կրունկներդ՝ օգտագործելով պեմզան և գիրերը քսիր այս սերուցքը: Քնիր՝ բամբակյա գուլպաներ հագած:
