1. Մի վախեցեք լինել այնպիսին, ինչպիսին որ կաք
Մի փորձեք լինել մեկը, ով Դուք չեք իրականում։ Հնարավոր է Դուք ցանկանում եք տպավորություն թողնել Ձեր ընկերոջ/ընկերուհու վրա, և ուղղակի ամաչում եք ինքներդ Ձեզնից՝ սովորույթների պատճառով, որոնք ըստ Ձեզ՝ հրապուրիչ չեն։ Բայց բանը նրանում է, որ Ձեզ սիրում են հենց այն պատճառով, որ այդ Դուք եք։ Հասկացեք դա և դադարեք ուրիշին նմանվելու փորձերը։ Եթե ինչ-որ մեկը արժանի է նրան, որ մուտք գործի Ձեր կյանք՝ թող ընդունի Ձեզ այնպիսին, ինչպիսին որ կաք։
2. Հասկացեք, որ անհաջողությունները Ձեզ ավելի ուժեղ են դարձնում
Ոչ ոք չի սիրում սայթաքել։ Եվ մենք ներդնում ենք մեր ողջ ուժերը, որպեսզի կյանքում հաջողությունների հասնենք։ Բայց երբեմն, որպեսզի թռնել, հարկավոր է ընկնել։ Եթե Ձեր մոտ ամեն ինչ և միշտ ստացվի՝ ինչպե՞ս պետք է իմանաք, թե ի՞նչը պետք է անել ավելի լավ։ Ձեր անհաջողությունները ոչ միշտ են Ձեր գործած սխալի արդյունք։ Երբեմն դա նշանակում է, որ կյանքում ինչ-որ բաներ պետք է վերանայել և սկսել նորից։
3. Մի վախեցեք միայնությունից
Չկա ավելի լավ բան, քան միայնակ վայելել լավ ֆիլմ, խմել ինքներդ Ձեզ հետ մի քանի բաժակ կոկտեյլ և ուտել համեղ նախաճաշ։ Չգիտես թե ինչու, հասարակության մեջ կարծրատիպ կա, որ եթե մարդը միայնակ բար է եկել, ուրեմն չկա մեկը, որի հետ նա կարող էր գալ՝ նա չունի ընկերներ, ուրեմն պետք է նրան խղճալ։ Մի անգամ բարում ինձ մոտեցավ մի աղջիկ և սկսեց զրուցել հետս միայն այն պատճառով, որ նրան թվացել էր, որ ես տխուր եմ։ Իսկ ես ինձ հրաշալի էի զգում։ Ես չեմ վախենում լինել ինձ հետ միայնակ։ Մտորեք, որովհետև կյանքի մեծ մասը մենք անց ենք կացնում միայնության մեջ։ Սովորեք հաճույք ստանալ ինքներդ Ձեր ընկերակցությունից։
