«Արցախը ճանաչելու մասին» օրինագիծը ՀՀ ԱԺ օրակարգ չի մտնի

«Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու մասին» պատգամավորներ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի և Հրանտ Բագրատյանի հեղինակած օրինագիծը ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի կողմից չստացավ դրական եզրակացություն:

Քննարկումից հետո հայտարարվեց քվեարկություն, որին հանձնաժողովի անդամ պատգամավորները չմասնակցեցին, արդյունքում միայն դեմ քվեարկեց ՀՀԿ պատգամավոր Համլետ Հարությունյանը և կողմ՝ Թևան Պողոսյանը:

 Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը հայտարարեց, որ հեղինակների օրինագիծը ԱԺ օրակարգ չի մտնի: Իսկ մինչ քվեարկությունը պատճառաբանեց՝ «դեռևս ժամանակը չէ, բայց այդ ժամանակը հեռու չէ»:

 «Համաձայն եմ եղել Փոստանջյանի այն առաջարկին, որ պետք է ճանաչել ԼՂՀ-ն բայց անհամաձայնությունն այն է, երբ է այդ ժամանակը, իմ խորին համոզմամբ դեռ չի հասունացել, մեզ համբերություն է անհրաժեշտ: Չհիմնավորված նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես գալու իրավունք չունենք, այս հարցը քննարկվի իրա համոզելով, իրա վրա գոռալով, սա պետք է լուռ հարյուր տոկոս համաձայնությամբ, առանց քննարկելու ընդունենք»,-ասաց նա:

 Զաքարյանը նաև ասաց, որ եթե լինեն լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություններ և այլ ճանապարհ չլինի, դժվար չի լինի, հավաքվել, քվեարկել առանց քննարկումների: Սակայն, ըստ նրա, խնդիրն այն է, որ Մինսկի խմբում փաստաթղթում պետք է լինի ճանաչման գործընթաց, որ Հայաստանը մենակ չլինի:

«Եկեք զինվենք համբերությամբ և մեր գործընկներին ասենք, որ շատ լավ եք արել, որ նվիրվել եք պայքարին, բոլորս ենք նվիրել, բայց եկեք, ձիերը կառքից հետո չդնենք: Ամեն ինչ իր ժամանակին, իմ համար շատ դժվար է լինելու դեմ քվեարկել, ձեռնպահ էլ քվեարկել չեմ կարող, բայց այսօր չեմ էլ կարող կողմ քվեարկել»,-ասաց նա:

Արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանն էլ հայտարարեց, թե մեր գլխավոր նպատակներից մեկը բոլոր ոլորտներում ԼՂՀ և նրա բնակչության անվտանգությունն ապահովելն է:

 «Այդ անվտանգության մեջ կարևորագույն բաղադրիչն է հենց ԼՂՀ կարգավիճակը, այսինք՝ անկախությունը, դա անհրաժեշտ պայման է անվտանգության համար, բայց ոչ բավարար: Ընդամենը այդ ենթատեքստում ենք դիտարկում նաև ճանաչման խնդիրը և այս պարագայում էլ այդ ենթատեքստով դիտարկելը այս պահին կառավարությունը գտել է ոչ նպատակահարմար»,-ասաց նա:

 Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը ասաց, եթե ուզում եք գործուն լինեք, պետք է ճանաչել ԼՂՀ անկախությունը, այլ տարբերակ մեզ չի մնացել:  Իսկ ըստ Հրանտ Բագրատյանի՝ ճանաչելով միասնական ենք դառնում «սպասվող ագրեսիայի դեմ»:

 «Տղանե՛ր, ճանաչելով ոչինչ չենք կորցնում, մի քիչ կփնթփնթան, բայց իշխանությունը դրա համար է, պետք է դիմանա, դրանով դառնում ենք միասնական, որ Թալիշում, մյուս գյուղերում ու շրջաններում իմանան, որ միասին ենք, հետո չենք կարող, կներեք»,-ասաց նա:

 Հրանտ Բագրատյանի համոզմամբ՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելը «կատաստրոֆիկ սխալ չի լինի», բայց «ժամանակը չէ» հիմնավորմամբ՝ «կարող ենք քաշվել»:
