Թբիլիսիի դատարանը 7 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտեց Վրաստանի ՊՆ-ի հինգ նախկին պաշտոնյաների

 Թբիլիսիի քաղաքային դատարանը 7 տարվա բանտարկության Է դատապարտել Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հինգ նախկին պաշտոնյաների, որոնք մեղադրվում են պետական միջոցները վատնելու մեջ, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

Պաշտպանության նախարարության հինգ նախկին պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք գերատեսչության նախկին ղեկավարի, իսկ  այժմ արդեն «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» ընդդիմադիր կուսակցության առաջնորդ Իրակլի Ալասանիայի զինակիցներն են, 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին ձերբակալվել Էին շուրջ 1,2 մլն դոլարի չափով պետական միջոցներ վատնելու մեղադրանքով:

Գործը վերաբերում Է այն համաձայնագրին, որը նախարարության եւ Silknet հեռահաղորդակցական ընկերության միջեւ ձեւակերպվել Էր օպտիկա-թելքային մալուխի եւ ցանցային սարքավորումների գնման վերաբերյալ:   

Դատարանի դահլիճից տեսակադրերը եւ դառավճռի կայացման դրվագները մայիսի 16-ի առավոտյան հեռարձակել են վրացական հեռուստաընկերությունները:

«Դատավճիռն ուժի մեջ կմտնի դրա հրապարակումից անմիջապես հետո: Վճիռը կարելի Է բողոքարկել վճռաբեկ դատարանում մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում»,-հայտարարել Է դատավորը:

Մինչդեռ Ալասանիայի կուսակցության անդամները վրդովմունք են հայտնել դատարանի որոշման կապակցությամբ՝ դատավորին անվանելով «խամաճիկ», «որը կատարում Է Իվանիշվիլիի (կառավարող կուսակցության հիմնադիր միլիարդատեր Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլիի) պահանջները» եւ հայտարարել են, թե մտադիր են պայքարել, որպեսզի ապացուցեն նախարարության նախկին աշխատակիցների անմեղությունը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
