Թե՛ հանդիպումներից առաջ, թե՛ հետո, թե՛ առանց հանդիպումների, իրավիճակը մնում է փակուղային. Գևորգ Մելիքյան

Վերլուծաբան Գևորգ Մելիքյանի համոզմամբ՝ Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպումից չի կարելի ունենալ մեծ ակնկալիքներ, քանի որ սեղանին դրված ոչ մի նոր բան չկա, առավել ևս, որ գոնե մասամբ չեն կատարվել հայկական կողմի առաջ քաշած պահանջները, ավելին, լարվածություն ենք նկատում Հայաստանի հարավային և հյուսիսային սահմաններին:
«Սրանք իրավիճակային լուծումներ են, գլոբալ առումով խնդիրը մնում է չլուծված, այսինքն՝ հակամարտությունը, որը սխալմամբ կոչում են «սառեցված», չի դադարում լինել թեժ, տաք»,- Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց պարոն Մելիքյանը: Փորձագետն այն կարծիքին է, որ գուցե Սերժ Սարգսյանը փորձի արդեն տետ ա տետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նույն պայմաններն առաջադրել Ալիևին ու համանախագահներին, բայց նա երկրի ներսում նաև վստահության խնդիր ունի: Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ դա թուլացրել է իշխանության կարողություններն այս բանակցություններում:
«Նոր բան սպասել անհնար է, հատկապես, որ սահմանային լարվածությունը չի դադարում: Միայն հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանումը, իհարկե, շատ կարևոր է, բայց կրկնում եմ՝ սա կլինի իրավիճակային լուծում: Հնարավոր է՝ Ադրբեջանը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի կողմից արժանանա պարսավանքի կամ տարակուսանքի: Գուցե լինի մեղադրանք, սակայն եթե նույնիսկ լինի, այն կլինի ներքին կարգով և լրագրողների ականջներից հեռու: Դժվար է ակնկալել, որ համանախագահները կուղղեն հասցեական մեղադրանքներ կամ ճնշում կգործադրեն Ադրբեջանի վրա, մի բան, որ նաև դուրս է նրանց մանդատից»,- նշեց վերլուծաբանը:
Մեր զրուցակիցը համարում է նաև, որ խնդիրը նախագահների հանդիպումներից առաջ սահմանային իրավիճակի սրացումներում օրինաչափություն տեսնելու կամ չտեսնելու մեջ չէ: «Խնդիրը շատ ավելի գլոբալ է: Մարդիկ շարունակում են զոհվել, իսկ բանակցությունները որևէ առարկայական արդյունք, գոնե զոհերի թվի նվազման մասով, չեն տվել: Վատ է, որ նշված օրինաչափությունը կա, սակայն նախագահների չհանդիպելուց լարվածությունն ավելի պակաս չի դառնում: Թե՛ հանդիպումներից առաջ, թե՛ հետո, թե՛ առանց հանդիպումների, իրավիճակը մնում է փակուղային, և իրավիճակը վերածվում է զրոյական գումարով խաղի»,- հավելեց Գևորգ Մելիքյանը: Դրա պատճառը, ըստ վերլուծաբանի, և՛ Ադրբեջանի մաքսիմալիզմի ու միակողմիանիության մեջ է, և՛ Հայաստանի՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հստակ հայեցակարգերի բացակայության, ինչպես նաև կարիք կա խաղաղ կարգավորման և բանակցային գործընթացներում հստակեցնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասնակցության ձևաչափը:
«Խաղաղությանը պետք է այլընտրանք չլինի»,- եզրափակեց խոսքը Մելիքյանը:
