Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի Կանադայի հանձնաժողովն ամփոփիչ նիստ է գումարել

Կանադայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունում մայիսի 15-ին կայացավ Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի Կանադայի հանձնաժողովի ամփոփիչ նիստը` Կանադայի հայկական կազմակերպությունները ներկայացնող, երկրի տարբեր շրջաններից ժամանած պատվիրակների մասնակցությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնո ւթյան հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ Կանադայում ՀՀ դեսպան Արմեն Եգանյանը կարևորեց 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումների համապարփակ ամփոփումը և այդ հիմքի վրա` Կանադայում Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը նվիրված առաջիկա միջոցառումների պլանավորումը: Դեսպանն արձանագրեց, որ Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի առթիվ Կանադայում կայացած միջոցառումներն իրականացվել են բարձր մակարդակով` իրենց ներդրումն ունենալով այդ կապակցությամբ ողջ աշխարհում կայացած հիշատակի միջոցառումների մեջ:
Այնուհետև իրականացված աշխատանքի վերաբերյալ ելույթներով հանդես եկան հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Մհեր Գարագաշեանը, ինչպես նաև հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչները` մանրամասն անդրադառնալով Կանադայի տարբեր շրջաններում իրականացված հիշատակի միջոցառումներին:
Նիստի ընթացքում նախանշվեց հանձնաժողովի հետագա գործունեությանը վերաբերող ծրագրերի իրականացումը, ընտրվեցին տարածքային պատասխանատուներ:
Արմեն Եգանյանի կողմից ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանի և Կանադայում ՀՀ դեսպանության պատվոգրերով պարգևատրվեցին 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումների իրականացմանն ակտիվ մասնակցություն ցուցաբերած անձինք:
