Դատապարտյալի հաղորդման մեջ նշված հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով քննություն է կատարվում

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի դատապարտյալ Աշոտ Ա.-ն, նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին, հայտնել է ՀՀ քրեակատարողական վարչության ծառայողների կողմից առերևույթ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Մասնավորապես՝ հիշյալ հիմնարկի դատապարտյալ Աշոտ Ա.-ն հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ 2014 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ քրեակատարողական վարչության ծառայողները, առանց իրեն համապատասխան բժշկական հետազոտությունների ենթարկելու, իր հիվանդությունների վերաբերյալ կազմել են հիվանդության կեղծ պատմագիր, որի հիման վրա բժշկական աշխատանքային հանձնաժողովը որոշում է կայացրել այն մասին, որ իր հիվանդությունները չեն դասվում պատիժը կրելուն խոչընդոտող հիվանդությունների շարքին:
Բացի այդ, 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերին «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում իր մոտ ախտորոշվել է «ոսկորների դեֆորմացիա» հիվանդությունը, սակայն, առանց համապատասխան բուժման, բուժող բժիշկն իրեն ներկայացրել է բժշկական աշխատանքային հանձնաժողով, որի որոշմամբ էլ ինքը դուրս է գրվել հիշյալ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից:
ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից առերևույթ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ և 314-րդ հոդվածների 1-ին մասերի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
