Օրեր առաջ ՌԴ խորհրդարանի վերին պալատի խոսնակ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն Ղազախստանի խորհրդարանի առաջ ելույթ ունենալիս հայտարարեց, որ «այս օբյեկտիվ ծանր պայմաններում ԵԱՏՄ-ն իր գործունեության առաջին տարում խաղաց շատ մեծ դրական, ես նույնիսկ կասեի, կայունացնող դեր: Երրորդ երկրների հետ ապրանքաշրջանառության նվազման ֆոնին ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների փոխադարձ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը նվազել է ավելի քիչ»:

Ըստ «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորման» փորձագետ Տաթեւիկ Վարդանյանի՝ Մատվիենկոն հստակ հայտարարեց, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների ապրանքաշրջանառությունը նվազել է ոչ միայն երրորդ երկրների հետ, այլեւ նվազել է փոխադարձ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը:

Վերջինս փորձել է պարզել, թե ինչքանով է նվազել ԵԱՏՄ-ի եւ մասնավորապես Հայաստանի ապրանքաշրջանառությունը:

«ԵԱՏՄ երրորդ երկրների հետ արտաքին ապրանքաշրջանառությունը 2016թ. հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին կազմել է 65,4 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, որից արտահանումը՝ 41,6 միլիարդ դոլար, ներմուծումը՝ 23,8 միլիարդ դոլար: 2015թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ արտաքին ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալը նվազել է 29,9 տոկոսով կամ 28 միլիարդ դոլարով: ԵԱՏՄ-ում ապրանքների արտահանման ծավալը նվազել է 35 տոկոսով կամ 22,5 միլիարդ դոլարով, ներմուծումը նվազել է 18,9 տոկոսով կամ 5,5 միլիարդ դոլարով: 2016թ. հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների փոխադարձ (ներքին) ապրանքաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 5,3 միլիարդ դոլար, ինչը 17,1 տոկոսով քիչ է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի հետ համեմատած»,- ներկայացրել է փորձագետը:

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանին՝ նա տեղեկացրել է, որ 2016-ի հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին Հայաստանից արտահանումը կազմել է 184,2 միլիոն դոլար, իսկ ներմուծումը՝ 241,1 միլիոն դոլար: «2015թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ 2016թ. Հայաստանից արտահանումը երրորդ (ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս) երկրներ աճել է 14 տոկոսով, իսկ ներմուծումը նվազել է 15,8 տոկոսով: 2016թ. հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին Հայաստանի ապրանքաշրջանառությունը Բելառուսի հետ կազմել է 2,7 միլիոն դոլար, ինչը 15,9 տոկոսով քիչ է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածից: Հայաստանի եւ Ղազախստանի միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը նվազել է 73,5 տոկոսով: Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը նախորդ տարվա հունվար-փետրվար ամիսների համեմատ աճել է 8,8 տոկոսով եւ կազմել 226,4 միլիոն դոլար»,- հայտնել է Տաթեւիկ Վարդանյանը:

Նրա հավաստմամբ՝ նվազել է ոչ միայն ԵԱՏՄ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը երրորդ երկրների հետ, այլ նաեւ մոտ 17 տոկոսով նվազել է փոխադարձ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը ԵԱՏՄ-ի ներսում: «Այս նվազման միտումներից ակնհայտ է, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն ոչ մի դրական ազդեցություն ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա չի ունեցել»,- վերջում հավելել է նա:
