«Մեր տեղեկություններով, ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանի հորեղբորորդին՝ Արցախյան ազատամարտի և կանանց միության նախագահ, «Մարտական խաչ» առաջին աստիճանի շքանշանակիր Միհրան Մովսիսյանը, օրերս ձերբակալվել է։ Նախնական տեղեկություններով, նա փորձել է Հայաստանից 200 մլն դոլարի ուրան հանել և ապօրինի ճանապարհով իրացնել Թբիլիսիում։ Միհրան Մովսիսյանի անունը շրջանառվում էր նաև Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի, ապա իր թիկնապահի՝ Սամվել Առաքելյանի սպանության գործերի շրջանակներում, վերջինի համար 14 տարի ազատազրկման դատապարտվեց նրա մյուս թիկնապահը՝ Արթուր Այվազյանը («Մանախ» մականունով)։
Այվազյանը մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ է ազատ արձակվել՝ կալանքն ամբողջությամբ կրելուց հետո։ Մենք կապվեցինք Առաքել Մովսիսյանի հետ՝ ճշտելու նրա հորեղբորորդու ձերբակալության լուրը։ Նա ասաց. «Գիտեմ, որ կա նման բան, ինձ զանգել ասել են, բայց հիմա իմ համար կարևորը մեր հայրենիքի պաշտպանությունն ա, մեր սահմանները, ես Ղարաբաղում եմ»։ Թեպետ մոտ 10 տարի է, ինչ նրա և հորեղբորորդու՝ Միհրան Մովսիսյանի հարաբերությունները խզված են, սակայն նա մեծահոգաբար պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել աջակցելու. «Եթե, իհարկե, դավաճանություն չկա հայրենիքին»»,–գրում է թերթը։
