Քաղաքագետ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը Վիեննայում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած` Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդիպումն ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական է գնահատում Ադրբեջանը բանակցային սեղան վերադարձնելու համատեքստում: Պատասխանելով «Արմ ենպրես»-ի հարցին՝ ինչպե՞ս է գնահատում համանախագահող երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպումը, այդ թվում` համանախագահող երկրների հայտարարությունը՝ հանդիպման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ, այն համատեքստում, որ դրանում ներառված են ՀՀ նախագահի ներկայացրած նախապայմանների իրագործմանն ուղղված քայլերը, Աբրահամյանը նշեց. «Եթե այս հանդիպումը դիտարկենք Ադրբեջանը բանակցային սեղան վերադարձնելու համատեքստում, ապա ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական եմ գնահատում: Պետք է արձանագ րել, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարության մեջ հստակ ամրագրված էին ավելի վաղ հայկական կողմից ներկայացվող առաջնայնությունները. 1994թ. զինադադարի և 1995թ. զինադադարի ամրապնդման մասին համաձայնագրերի անշեղ իրագործման անհրաժեշտություն, շփման գծում մշտադիտարկման և միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ներդրման շուրջ վերջնական համաձայնություն: Առկա է համաձայնություն նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի թիմի կարողությունների ավելացման, հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի հնարավոր վերսկսման ուղղությամբ»:

Աբրահամյանը հիշեցրեց նաև, որ մինչև Վիեննայի հանդիպումը Ադրբեջանը «կատաղի» դիմադրում էր միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ներդրման առաջարկին, բայց, ինչպես նկատելի է, այն ուղղակի պարտադրվել է ու Ադրբեջանն ուղղակի այլ ելք չի ունեցել:

Քաղաքագետն արձանագրեց, որ գործընթացի այս փուլում ևս, հայկական կողմի և միջազգային հանրության մոտեցումները հիմնականում ներդաշնակ են, ինչն առավել է ընդգծում Ադրբեջանի ապակառուցողական պահվածքը: «Անկախ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունից` պետք է ամրագրել այս պահին ունեցածն ու շարժվել առաջ, հնարավոր բոլոր ճանապարհներով Ադրբեջանին խաղաղություն պարտադրել»,- ասաց Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

Վիեննայում մայիսի 16-ի երեկոյան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը մասնակցել են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների նախաձեռնությամբ և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի, ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի, Ֆրանսիայի եվրոպական հարցերով պետքարտուղար Արլեմ Դեզիրի մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած քննարկմանը: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են երկու երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը և Էլմար Մամեդյարովը, դեսպաններ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ), Պիեռ Անդրիոն (Ֆրանսիա) և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկը:
