Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության (ԱԶԿ) նոր նախագահն ու երկրի վարչապետը Բինալի Յըլդըրըմն է:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նման հաղորդագրություն է տարածել թուրքական առաջատար ANKA լրատվական գործակալությունը` հղում կատարելով սեփական աղբյուրներին և նշելով, որ ԱԶԿ-ն այդ մասին որոշումն արդեն ընդունել է:

ANKA-ն Թուրքիայի նոր վարչապետը Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը լինելու մասին լուրը տարածելու համար հիմք է ընդունել ԱԶԿ-ի կողմից իր պատգամավորներին, նահանգային կառույցներին եւ քաղաքապետերին հղած շրջաբերականում «կուսակցության նախագահի մեր թեկնածու եւ վարչապետի թեկնածու Բինալի Յըլդըրըմ» արտահայտության օգտագործումը:

Թուրքական «Ջումհուրիեթ» թերթն այդ առնչությամբ հայտնում է, որ Թուրքիայի իշխող ԱԶԿ-ի եւ վարչապետի նոր անունը պաշտոնապես կհրապարակվի չորեքշաբթի կամ հինգշաբթի, որը կգլխավորի մայիսի 22-ին անցկացվելիք ԱԶԿ-ի արտահերթ համագումարը եւ որտեղ էլ նա կհայտարարվի Թուրքիայի վարչապետ:

Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Ահմեթ Դավութօղլուն մայիսի 4-ի երեկոյան հայտարարել է, որ ԱԶԿ-ի արտահերթ համագումարում չի առաջադրվելու կուսակցության ղեկավարի պաշտոնում, ինչն ինքնին ենթադրում է, որ նա այլեւս չի լինելու այդ երկրի վարչապետ:

Թուրքիայի միանձնյա ղեկավարմանը ձգտող նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի կողմից վարչապետի պաշտոնում իրեն «հլու հնազանդ» ամենահարմար թեկնածուների թվում մինչ այժմ նշվում էին պաշտպանության նախարար Իսմեթ Յըլմազի, արդարադատության նախարար Բեքիր Բոզդաղի, տրանսպորտի նախարար Բինալի Յըլդըրըմի, Էրդողանի փեսա` էներգետիկայի նախարար Բերաթ Ալբայրաքի, կառավարության խոսնակ Նուման Քուրթուլմուշի եւ անգամ Էրդողանի մերձավոր եւ հավատարիմ ընկեր Մեհմեթ Ալի Շահինի անունները:

Էրդողանի եւ Դավութօղլուի միջեւ հակասություններն սկսվել են Էրդողանի՝ Թուրքիայի նախագահ դառնալուց հետո, երբ վերջինս ոչ մի կերպ չի ցանկանում հետեւել երկրի սահմանադրական պահանջին եւ ցանկանում է շարունակել միայնակ կառավարել Թուրքիան:

Էրդողան-Դավութօղլու ճգնաժամը գագաթնակետին է հասել Եվրամիությանը Թուրքիայի անդամակցության, Մերձավոր Արեւելքի հետ կապված խնդիրներում, սիրիացի փախստականների հետ կապված ԵՄ հետ պայմանավորվածություններում անհամաձայնությունների պատճառով: Բացի այդ, Էրդողանի կամայական որոշումով կառավարության անդամներին նշանակելու սահմանադրական լիազորությունը վարչապետից խլվել եւ փոխանցվել է ԱԶԿ-ի վարչական խորհրդին, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Էրդողանը նրանից խլել է այդ լիազորությունը եւս: 

Թուրք քաղաքական վերլուծաբաններն ընթացող զարգացումներն անվանել են «մայիսի չորսի նախագահական հեղաշրջում»: Դավութօղլուն Թուրքիայի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրել է 21 ամիս:

Ըստ թուրքական մամուլի` Էրդողանը ցանկանում է վարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակել իրեն հլու հնազանդ մեկին, որը կկատարի իր բոլոր կուլիսային որոշումները` դրանով ապահովելու Թուրքիայի իր միակ իշխանությունը մինչեւ նոր սահմանադրությամբ երկրում նախագահական համակարգի հաստատումը:
