Վիեննայի հանդիպումը ավարտվեց ադրբեջանական կողմի պարտությամբ

Վիեննայի հանդիպումը ավարտվեց ադրբեջանական կողմի պարտությամբ: Ալիևը, ով վերջին տարվա ընթացքում կտրականապես հրաժարվում էր նույնիսկ քննարկել շփման գծում միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ներդրման գաղափարը, տեղի տվեց համանախագահ երկրների ճնշմանը:
Ադրբեջանի համար լուրջ դիվանագիտական պարտություն կարելի է համարել նաև այն, որ այսօր վերահաստատվեց 1994 թվականին կնքված զինադադարի համաձայնագրի անշեղ իրագործման անհրաժեշտությունը: Հիշեցնեմ, որ Բաքուն վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում նոտաներ էր շրջանառության մեջ մտցնում տարբեր միջազգային կազմակերպություններում և փորձում էր չեղարկել մայիսի 12-ի զինադադարի համաձայնագիրը: Սրանով կարողացանք խուսափել նաև Խաչատուրովի և Սադըխովի միջև ձեռք բերված խայտառակ բանավոր պայմանավորվածության հնարավոր անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներից:
Սակայն չարժե շատ ոգևորվել: Լավրովը նշեց, որ Սարգսյանն ու Ալիևը հունիսին պայմանավորվելու են բանակցությունները վերսկսելու ժամկետների մասին: Ասաց նաև, որ իր (փուլային) պլանը հավանության է արժանացել մյուս համանախագահ երկրների կողմից:
Տարբեր աղբյուրներից գիտեմ, որ Հայաստանը բոլոր ուժային կենտրոնների կողմից լրջագույն ճնշման է ենթարկվում: Փորձում են հայկական կողմին ստիպել առաջին փուլում ազատագրված շրջաններից 5-ը զիջել Ադրբեջանին:
Հիմա պետք է այնպես անենք, որ միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ներդրման մասին համաձայնությունը չմնա թղթի վրա, իսկ հետո փորձենք կրկին սառեցնել բանակցային գործընթացը ու զինվենք: Այնքան զինվենք, որ Ադրբեջանի բոլոր պատրանքները հօդս ցնդեն:
