Արման Գևորգյանը ֆեսյբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ապրիլյան 4-օրյա ագրեսիայից հետո մեր հերոսների սխրանքներն ինչ որ իմաստով «քաղաքական սրբագրման» կարիք էին զգում, ու ազգովի մեկ ամսից ավել հենց դրան էլ սպասում էինք: 
Իսկ այդ սրբագրումը պետք է լիներ ոչ այլ ինչ, քան հաղթանակ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ նաև դիվանագիտական մակարդակում:
Եվ այդ հաղթանակը կերտվեց Վիեննայում, ամենաբարձր մակարդակով, երկրի Նախագահի կողմից: 
Այն որ Վիեննայում բավականին թեժ էր լինելու, կասկածներ չկային: Իսկ այդ թեժ պայմաններում գերտերությունների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների «ճնշող ու սաստող հայացքների» ներքո պնդել ու առաջ տանել իր խոսքը կարող էր միայն արդար պայքարում հաղթանակած ու սեփական ժողովրդի միասնական շունչն իր թիկունքում զգացող երկրի Նախագահը: 
Արկածախնդիր Ալիևն, ով դեռևս օրեր առաջ իր մի քանի խավիարա-դեսպանների միջոցով փորձեր էր անում միջազգային հանրության մոտ հող նախապատրաստել միակողմանի ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու 1994թ. հրադադարի պայմանագրի գործողությունը, Վիեննայում ստիպված էր փախցնել հայացքը:
Ագրեսոր Ալիևը Վիեննայում գլուխը կախ ստիպված էր համաձայնել ներդնել սահմանային միջադեպերի հետաքննության ու մոնիթորինգի մեխանիզմ այն դեպքում, երբ ընդամենն օրեր առաջ հոխորտում էր, թե «դա կլինի միայն այն դեպքում, եթե հայկական ուժերը դուրս գան օկուպացված տարածքներից»։
Դե ինչ, մեր հերոսների կերտած ռազմական հաղթանակը Նախագահը ամրապնդեց նաև դիվանագիտական մակարդակում, դրանով իսկ վերահաստատելով իր հայտարարություններում ու դրանց հաջորդող գործնական քայլերում իր հաստատակամությունն ու անդրդվելիությունը:
